Hi, good thing about Liam's advice it doesnt cost anything. I literally cut my cost in food due to his fasting advice and sticking to eggs, chicken, Liver and water. I lost a tremendous amount of weight.

Hey Liam unfortunately some people have tmj from pre moler extractions as teenager which pulled the jaw back and made a smaller airway causing grinding teeth at night. The best option for this is mse expansion. Yes oxalates will made the inflammation worse but removing oxalates alone won't solve the problem. I've cut out oxalates for a year now, but I need palate expansion to correct the airway issues.

@@mattbrown2668 I think inflammation is certainly part of it, in most cases.
And yes, in terms of what to eat, generally I advise to eat more animal products (no dairy) and less plants. But, that must be adopted slowly, and it depends on a person by person basis.
