I wish there was a love button instead of a like button. I've watched soooo many freaking videos on drill bits and how to use them and all of them are just too complicated . They either talk way too fucking much instead of just telling u what it's for and how to use it or they just don't even show u. This was the best video ever. So helpful . You took your time but you didn't talk about a bunch of bullshit bla bla bla. You told us what it was and how to use it . I loved loved loved this video .

    Notes:
    Bits:
    1) Sanding band, remove shine
    2) (safety) corse drill bit, removing gel from acrylic nails
    3) fine drill bit, smooths acrylic, doesn't remove a lot, go around cuticle
    4) little brush, removing dust
    5) ceramics, same thing, different material
    6) small and large barrels, preference
    Using them:
    1) file under nail
    (pinky for stability)
    2) file around cuticle
    3) file rest of nail

*For the price point this is a perfect drill for at home ,I have used it on friends and myself. The first time i used it I was trying the poly gel fir the first time worked like a charm, I also have done a few set if Acrylics with it and worked great, a HUGE time savor abd also great for those of us with carpal tunnel or any type if wrist/ arm injury. The only problem i can see is changing the drill bit, feels like it will break , it doesn't you have to turn somewhat hard on the solid black piece on the drill and the bits come out very easily. I cant speak for long term use I can say i have done 6 sets of nails, and a few manixures with it and si far so good. I would definitely buy it again.*

Im still working in powder/liquid ratio. I do know how to do silk wraps. I love doing my nails over and over. I am good at gel nails instead tobbuild nails. Polygel and dual forms helped me alotl with apex building. To help this is what i do:
    1. Manual manual get rid of cuticle. And also follow with efile.
2.apply resin and one dip of clear acrylic if nails are thin or as a preventative safety layer
3.dehydrate, primer, sticky bonder that needs a light. (Never kiss products. They dont last a long time).i this for axryluc or gel or polygel.

I do believe that the brush head is actually fir cleaning 🧹 the dust off the drill but which can build up n harden on the drill bit. So I use it fir the cleaning off the drill bits..

It's not just the material that's different between the carbide and the ceramic bits. Ceramic bits don't generate heat like the carbide (metal) bits do. And the ceramic bits is porous, which means that they can absorb bacteria and liquids. And that makes them little harder to disinfect etc.
But I prefer the ceramic bits much more than the carbide bits just because they don't generate heat 🙂
