That’s the first individual bit I ever purchased. I’m no pro. I learned very quickly doing my own nails that a diamond bit wasn’t going to cut it to remove product quickly. 😛
@longhairprettynails and @nailcareereducation You two have taught me so much! I’m so thankful for your product reviews and learning vids!!!! I’ve not met a nail tech who does my nails better than myself 🤣
You are such a wonderful teacher! You're so clear and thorough in the information and direction you provide. Much love and so much success to you dear! XOXO
I agree with you on that one👆 I've been watching her for over a year and finally decided I wanted to do my own Nails a month ago and from watching her the do's and don'ts of acrylic nails I aced it shockingly for my first time. even my sisters were like so impressed. so she is completely wonderful , I look forward to more of her awesome videos💪 even on Instagram I watch her a lot💖💖💖💖💖👑💅
Can you do a video on sanitizing and cleaning your tools and bits? I know for professional nail salons, there’s specific state guidelines, but what about for those of us just doing our own nails at home?
Rinse with water and brush to get dust off then put them in acetone for 5-10mins then wipe off then spritz with some rubbing alcohol between 70%(minimum) and 90% as acetone does not disinfect or sterilise or you can buy yourself a UV sterilising box also buy a bit box to store the bits as it'll prevent the dust and moisture from getting on the bits
I really wanted to watch this video, but due to my hearing loss, I couldn't because the automatic captioning isn't enabled. Would you please turn the auto subtitles on in your video settings (Creator Studio Classic > Video Manager) so that I can understand what each bit is for, etc? TIA.

I love your videos. I’m still looking for that perfect bit to smooth the nail. I know you use a fine bit but I still hand file smoother than the bit. Less filing is awesome. Thanks for sharing.
Great video! Very clear and informative, like all your video’s. And they’re fun to watch too! What is the grit on the safety bits? I looked up the pink diamond safety bit but it also didn’t mention the grit. If anyone knows, feel free to comment!

I have been tempted by the Exclusive Nail Couture bits, but was wary the post sizes wouldn't fit my drill. Now I can get them without worrying. Thanks so much and continued love from the Netherlands!! xxx
Great video! My favorite bit for the cuticle is a diamond dust sciver bit by Erica. But those carbide bits really help take a lot of work out when you get a client that comes in from another salon and they have some thick nails!
Thank u for sharing this video! I’m an newbie to efiles & always wanted good recommendations on what to have to achieve great looking nails. Luv ur channel.....I’m hooked!! 💜

Awesome Suzie...it is like you read my mind again! I was trying to figure out what are the best bits to try at the start and this video cleared all my questions in my head except for one - what is the use of ceramic bits?
Susie, I love your videos....I have a question about the carbide bits with the teeth...I do my own gel nails on top of my natural nails...I am right-handed...can I still use these carbide bits when using my left hand to do my right hand and changing the turn of my e-file?
Most of what I know about bits actually comes from my job selling power tools! It's actually extremely similar and has helped me understand just how aggressive even hand files can be
Ceramic drill bits are more prone to shattering if you drop them for example. That's why I prefer to use metal bits. Carbide drills are more of a drill "shape" and refer to drill bits that remove bulk. So your question should be ceramic vs metal bits. 😊 Does that answer your question?
Great video!! If you could please tell me what's the best base coat to use on natural nails? I use opi but with that you have to use more than one coat for the nails not to get stained yellow.
Very informative video. My question would be do these drillbits fit into the inexpensive electric files that you can get at a store like Target or Walmart?
Hey Suzie, I'm just starting out on nails. Come summer I'll be taking a class to hopefully get a license. However I'd like to do some practice before then. Watching your videos is a big help but in practice a lot of place wont let you buy supplies before you have your license, while I've found some things I'd like more options to see what I like. Are there any places you'd recommend for getting some basic stuff to practice?
Does Suzie have a recommendation for which cuticle bit is a good, I saw the cone. I'm looking to get only one that does it all for the cuticle area without buying multiple. Also, can I use the same bit to remove gel/dip AND shape dip? I want as little bits as I can get away with! Thank you 😊❤️
Hello! I watch/love/look fwd to your videos!! I have a question, the "inverted backfill", are you able to use this w/dip nails, or strictly hard gel/acrylic nails? TIA/TFS
You could do a backfill with it, you just have to concentrate the gel there so it settles in where the gel is. The powder absorbs into the gel, or glue in this case
I LOVE your videos sooo much💗 They have helped me a lot! I am searching for a very good nail drill, and I wanted to ask you, which one you are using in your video🤔😊

Yeah that would be great
I clean mine in barbicide when I clean my tools, I also am saving up for an autoclave
I spray with alcohol and use a nail brush to scrub off the product, air dry and done.
