"Shit show" haha! We had the same shit show here Randy! Ridiculous weather
Craziness
I use a spray paint cap to catch the oil when I change the filter
Good idea
Yeh snowed here all day but was wet snow no accumulation I have 9 days to get spring cleanups done yet before we start green mows 1st may. I hope we make it its been rough spring. It's so wet I won't get out till late tommorrow. Sucks
That does suck
@@CountrysideStrong yeh only thing kinda Savin us right now is it's been cold enough lawns aren't growing much right now
I guess that snow melt will be as good as a good rain? 🤷♂️ I don't get snow here haha
Yea rain will take care of it quick
That aluminum tray is an old school ice cube tray
That's what it is, you're right👍
Been thinking about getting one of these for the exact reasons you stated in yesterdays video. So compact and powerful! Cheers for the videos :)
Yea they're amazing. Thanks buddy
What didn't u like about the scag when the video dropped about the new scag I kinda shook my head said why r u buying that so apparently it donf fit your plan also thinking of a walker for clean up season fall 21 best seat in your opinion but I do like the mix of mowers u have I get it getting away from bagging is key to increasing our
efficiency
Love it as far as it cuts. It's hard to maneuver in tight areas. Too long
Oil pan is a old ice cube tray
You are correct
I need to pick up a 32. I have the 36 Scag, which I love, but it is just slightly too big for some of my back yards. Would you pick the Wright 32 over other brands that sell 32inch?
Yup i love it
That looks like a ice cube tray
That's correct
There's a adjustment in the back for deck adjustment on a fixed deck Wright Ed does a video on it The blade shims should try and stay the same l think it's 5 down and 1 up if the blade is too high inside the deck it won't cut right take care my friend 😁
That's not true with the spacers inside. There are 6 total in there and that's exactly what they're meant for. It was exactly the same on the 10+ walk behinds I've had with fixed decks. Otherwise they'd just use one big spacer like my V Ride. I have heard about that adjustment on the back but that involves moving bolts and using jacks.... Royal pain in the ass. It's not meant to be a regular adjustment back there
@@CountrysideStrong ok my friend but here if the blades are too high in the deck like 3 up 3 down you won't cut right Bunton/Bobcat used the same system since the early 80/s it's important for the blade to be about 1/8 of an inch below the front of the cutter deck 😊
@@harryerhart5978 I have to disagree again. If you ever run a blade on any deck in existence below the deck itself you WILL scalp everywhere. When I had employees if I even saw them setting blades that low I would of fired them on the spot, no questions asked. I think you're mistaken with the 1/8 thing. Every manual for every mower regardless of brand days to pitch the deck 1/8-1/4 from back to front. That creates vacuum under the deck so the grass stands up. Has nothing to do with the blades. Yes if they are too high it won't cut for shit but I would NEVER set them below the actual deck. You're asking for trouble doing that
I just watched that video of Ed. Those 3 adjustment bolts in the back I didn't know about I thought you were referring to something else. I still stand by the blade position tho👍
@@CountrysideStrong 😁
Ice cube tray. Lol 😂
Yup
I bought the scag 32 version last yr. Just purchased a new 32 wright nice mower much lighter and doesn't seem to rut like the scag. Honestly i think the scag is way to heavy.
That's what everyone has told me
At the auto parts store they make a 2 part of proxy that It made for repairing gas tanks Have used it once and It work and tell I got a new tank Good video have a great day
Thank you
What is the mower Jack brand you used for the 32? Does it work good for all your mowers?
Yes every mower and it's called jungle Jack
Does that foot plate ride up an up and down at all [ bounce] ?
It has some bounce to it, not much
@@CountrysideStrong Thanks. I'm looking to buy a new mower. That Stander B looks so tiny being used to running 52 to 60 in decks. But the gated yards here in Indiana, most companies just have large machine's and pass on Poodle Palaces leaving those yards open season.. I found a Husqvarna WB on clearance got like 4100.00 but they are discontinuing the model to move to only Sanders and rider As. Every time a Husq mower or NO blower sounds like the bearings are about to fly out of them. DO YOU KNOW IF THEY'RE A VIABLE reliable machine. I WANT A TURF TRACER BUT MY Availble credit won't cover it. So a Metro or Toro Turbo Force fits that financing but I feel like id be limited by performance and a 2 wheel velke can't be put on it w those 14 HP motors. I BEEN doing it for a long time. It works but. I hate this shopping process. It's driving me nuts. I'm gonna try and get a little increase.I think the larger machine would last longer. We only 4 months left. I dislike working with these young guys who act like top GUNS and can't mow. THEY seem to meet me and get their thunder stole and undermine any one new, to secure their make-believe prowess in the company. It's ego and it's not attractive. Pride in your work is far more valuable. I TZend to run at 50% referral along with customer retention. These kids rarely have people skills and no real ability to communicate or know much if anything about horticulture, plant and WEED identifying and procedures. I have stories. This last bunch came and stole my equipment. I'm rebuilding again and I want trackers in the next ones so I can suprise them if they get jealous again. It's a sick mentality with these YOUNGER uneducated prima donnas who only they think They're special and paid no dues or started with small equipment and built it up. I max out solo in like a month or so. EX Friend stuck on 15 weekly's for 3 years and would lose 7 or 8 every season. I had to turn my back to him, he just got way OUTTA control and angry because he wants me to work for him with my knowledge in all aspects. That's a downgrade for me. THEY sabotaged 2 of my VEHICLES too. It's sad to see a brother I hadd RESPECT for as he used to be honest and a tiny bit of money turned him into a legend in his own mind. I'd help him occasionally but he couldn't be my friend he wanted to be Super Guy and say, "YOU can't teach me nothing about this business. I HAD to set his BIZ up, get his background check for Safeguard, He had to get his dad to buy him a mower. He ytears up lawns and stains up crispy white driveways on 350k homes. TTYS TO SHORT YOU One or telwo lawns everyday. I play DUMB to his narcissism but, He's rather hire meth heads off the street who steal all that. Nope good luck. My name precedes me quite often. Never seen anything so so
Ickening to watch. I'm sorry bro. I ramble. If you have a recommendation on a mower for around $4600 or so, if appreciate any input.Thanks.
🖖 Live Long and Plunder.
Congrats on the new car
My wife's car? It's pretty nice
Hey Randy, do they make one of those chutes to fit a Wright 36" sport Rh with the seat? If so can I use the bagger with it installed?
Yes they make it and I'm not sure on the bagger
He makes quick release mounts now as well that goes right into the bagger mounts
You can keep the snow when they first predicted it we were supposed to get it and then it got moved to the south and east of us so we didn't get any
Hell no we don't want it either
@@CountrysideStrong I feel ya. I'm over here in Southwest michigan, and we basically got the outer fringe during the day yesterday. A few flurries was all we got
Perverts?? 🤣 Where were _you_ going with that?
Almost an hour drive each way to drop her off, and pick her up, but the dealer mech got her done, and it SEEMS the dirty 30 is finally in business ( can't even say _back_ in business, as she never had a full day since day one )....I only mowed one yard with her this evening, tomorrow will be a better test, but she seems to be running without issue.
No snow, but a little rain, and it got cold today.
It sure did. I'm ready for sunshine again
Excellent opening. SHITSHOW is an understatement!! I’m not even in the US currently but man this weather is gonna set some stuff back. Smokin deal BTW on that stander!!! Way better than that new Scag and I agree it wasn’t what you needed.
For sure, the stander has been way better so far
It’s leaking from the o things in that tighten it down. You can really mess up the machine by this happening. Brand new 36 had the same problem and it was away getting work done. The problem is over filling. That’s what they said and since there hasn’t been any leaking.
The gas tank you mean? It's cracked down the side
@@CountrysideStrong yeah I watched it back, felt pretty dumb for saying that lol. But still Every tank I’ve had or used from wright is bad, that’s the only complaint I have with there machines.
No worries. I ordered a new one but it's not made by Wright. We'll see what happens
How'm are those rear tires of the 32? Are they slippery? They're different from OEM. Just curious.
Nope they're great and I usually don't like that style
Instead of using that pipe insulation on the back of the Wright stander, maybe you could make a little 6 inch tall x however wide the bar is rectangle cushion pad out of plywood and foam like you made the new Walker seat and mount it to the bar there with some u bolts. Would be a lot more comfortable I think.
Too bulky. I wanna keep it to a min
What year is that mower ?
Does the fixed deck cause any problems when loading it on to the trailer? Does it scrape at all?
Not at all
Yep that snow is starting to piss me off also, you look like a nascar pit crew on that Wright I should be working tomorrow snow all gone!! Power chute perfect fit nice👌you’re drinking coffee tomorrow dude🤣
Lol more maintenance I didn't get done today
When you sticked your finger in the snow, I was already thinning what smart ass comment could I write! I think the mower is fairly priced, but I think someone will chew you down to 4K
Nope, I won't sell
Hopefully the pump wont be stressed pulling the fuel up and out considering its use to being force fed from the bottom. I think it will be ok. You said in this video you changed the spark plugs. They look old to me... You trying to clown us? Come on mayun.... Whats the deal?
Just trying to keep you on your toes with the spark plugs to see if you're really paying attention or just talking crap. No all the new styles come out the top like that I thought the same thing but it'll be fine the other one still had to come up about 4 inches to hit the fuel pump anyway so I think it'll be all right all the new mowers our design that way for a reason so I'm guessing this should be fine
When you can’t get to Thursday and fridays list do you skip them for a week to keep the rotation on Monday,do them on the weekend or move everyone back the next week and try and play catch up? That’s what I’m still trying to figure out.
All depends. Usually I'll work all weekend to catch them up. In situations like this that are extremely rare, I may just start fresh Monday
2 hours on the machine...its not even broken in yet. with the weight kit and a sulky, it will sell fast...you know, one the things i like most about your channel is all the stuff you do yourself...I am the same way and my wife always tells me i should have been an engineer. you can't bring a machine into a dealer and get this stuff done, you have to figure it out for yourself...good job, this is why we watch...
You are 100% correct
Nice video bro 👍
Thanks man
I was gonna say. It sure is short and not very big around lol!
All about perspective 🤣
Nice update. You started the perv thoughts! 😂
🤣🤣😉
@@CountrysideStrong so I’m really thinking about a scag vride. Which is smoother on a bumpy lawn...standup or sit down with suspension? Also have you ever tested the Toro My Ride system?
V Ride is Golden. I haven't been on the my ride but I hear it's nice
@@CountrysideStrong ok. That’s what I’ve heard also. I bought the comfort seat for my Walker. It helped but still too dang bumpy to enjoy the mow. Also tired of the 56” SD stripe. Prefer a true ztr stripe. Takes too long to use the ghs deck all the time. Love the ghs deck stripe though.
Yea I've gotten away from Walker. Still have the Mt but barely use it
Dam snow messed up a good mowing day! Has it ever snow this late up there?
Yes it did. Yes in the past but very rare
Snow ngo away so Randy and his.mowers can get nthe grass cut
👍👍
@@CountrysideStrong 😎👌👌😎👍👍
I bet you paint it Randy.
Lol I was gonna paint it orange to mess with some people
👊🏼🧔🇺🇸
👍👍
The snow this time of the year is a shit show. Take care
Agreed
