Couch to 5k finish line at Ganger Farm Parkrun

A Romsey Road Runner takeover at Ganger Farm Parkrun to support the Couch to 5k runners on their final leg of the program. A great turnout on a lovely sunny morning.

Thanks for the video Derek, you covered the run very well. The best bit was seeing the couch25k runners complete their run. The best comment of the video was when you asked what the aims of the run was and the answer, breathing and moving forward. What a great answer, I think we have all been there.

@@derekrunsagain Hey Derek - I see you name page Derek Runs Again with an old running picture featured and I just wondered if you ran for a club and if our paths crossed anywhere back in the 80's or early 90's.

@@stevethomas8375 I was a member of a few clubs in the past: Hardley Runners, IBM and Romsey Road Runners. Though due to my health issues was never able to attend club nights much. Did a bit of running around Gloucester too, where I grew up.
