Hello. I’ve been looking for a Mango Pale Ale recipe and stumbled on your video. Really enjoyed it and the experiment. I’ve only recently got into brewing… just kits at the moment. The pale ale I did recently I dry hopped for a couple of days and turned out great. If I was to use a 23l kit base what would be your suggestion for the mango flavouring and the drying hopping? The rubicon still and a multiple of the suggested hops…? Cheers!
I'd try two thirds the amount of juice per ltr, and, two thirds the amount of purée.. to see if they'll combine and leave you with both the taste and aroma. It also wasn't mentioned yeast you was using. Because that may be a factor in achieving the balance your after. Definitely looking forward to the next mango ipa video 👍
Hi thanks for watching! Yeah we were thinking something along those lines too. Tbh the juice one blew us away - we need a decent 25L batch of that ASAP!! Yeast in description - SafAle US-05 American Ale. We should have mentioned that in the video 🙄😂
We’ll be back very soon. We have loads of content ready to edit but both of us have jobs which are much busier over the summer (particularly with the staff issues in the UK at the moment). Thanks for asking the question 👍 Next vid will be up next week hopefully 👀
Excellent! Can’t wait for the follow up 🤘🏻
That second one was short-wettingly good

Hi, good point! I’ll amend the description in a sec. It was a 6L batch and looking back 1492g pale, 78g caramalt 🍺
Nice T Shirt!
Thanks Mung
I wonder what’s happened to this channel
