Lbz trucks usually dyno 315-330 rwhp stock. Using a percentage for drivetrain loss after you increase power isnt an accurate way to figure flywheel power, rolling resistance and drivetrain loss does not change with horsepower increase. It's safe to say your loosing 50hp due to drivetrain.

You should check over the leaf spring packs. Looks like the pinion angle is pointing towards the moon when it’s under a load on the dyno. Probably what took out the u joints....if all checks out she may need some traction bars! If I can see the pinion angle change in a video I’d say she’s definitely moving more than 2 degrees
From my passed experience......the diff on the rear...is the output of the diff pointing more toward the front straight across? Or is it pointing up toward ur transfer case? Needs a shim to twist ur axle up toward the transfer case or it vibrate like u have bearings for body mounts. Will keep eating u joints off the diff... Now the front....the bracket shout drop the diff almost center of the wheels cause Chevy cant build a real front axle...that's why people do axle swaps ......or at least keep the diff down so the axles are almost straight across....hope I can help!!!
The front diff is almost just laying in place at the moment actually. The mount is broken and its shifted to the right a fair amount. It does need dropped another 2-3" I'd say as well. Thanks for the info!

Yeah I'm sure that rear end didn't help your numbers at all my the highest I hit on my lbz on my best of 3 passes was 562/1182 for rwhp and tq respectively but the truck has a good amount put into it and is about maxed out as far as the stock turbo is considered but I'm doing engine, trans, injectors, and fuel pump(s) and a compound setup with all the goodies and new tunes for the additions and supporting mods I want in before next spring.
Are the windows completely jammed? Just wondering if you'd be able to detach them from the motor and prop them up... At least the windows that are still present. It would be a little warmer on ya
We could do something like that probably. They won't go up further but we could figure something else out for sure. Hopefully won't have to drive it again for a while.

To the rear wheels 480hp more at the crank
I still dont think it makes 700 to the crank, my guess is that it puts out 550-600

Looks like a MD-1100 Mustang dyno, thats a nice very capable dyno. Hes making use of the center axle tie down as well. Great to see

Yes it is the shop in Middleburg. They specialize in trucks but I think you can put a car on the dyno. I'd give them a call to double check.
