Not a Carpenter anymore. He is now transformed into a Millionaire
Jessie Birax - he actually worked in the collections department for the IRS 😂
Jessie, do you want to be his wife?
@@Koenigjay And when he came back for the champions edition of Millionaire like a year later, he was still in the IRS
@@mrbow50001 Did he get another million on that?
@@SESK98 Nah, $250,000. He walked away on a vintage trading card question I think. Really it was $125,000 but that's only the half he got to keep since he was forced to donate half of whatever he won
Rest in peace Regis! Thank you for being an entertaining part of my life not only as a game/ talk show host, but as an actor and overall entertainer, as well.
His look/expression at :30 is an emotion I can't even fathom. He skimmed the question and immediately knew he won a million dollars
2:12 oh shit we've lost a lot of money.
No, because this first winner will bring the series great ratings which equals $$$$$
Le taxes :"not so fast bro , we have some kind of regulation here"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
the moment when he said, "actually, dad i didn't need your help, i just want you to know that i won a million dollars", it was at this moment, the whole world was stuck in amazement for 1 sec 😬
Not whole world fucking idiot. I bet you 1000$ that all of Asia and Africa dont give a shit. And truly neither do I
Hi dad, i don't really need your help, i just want to let you know that im gonna win the million dollars
@@xaxad4529 who pissed in your cereal?
... Thats only a small loan of 1millon dollars

Yamen Sahtout I don’t think you get it mate.. I’m pretty sure he knows what a paycheque is, and besides, they don’t really use cheques anymore- payments are often made digitally nowadays. He was quoting Donald Trump, you would know this if you haven’t been living in a cave, surviving off of the moisture of the rocks for the past decade.
Master of Puppets oh I tought just everybody gets that reference and I just realized that this guy lives under a rock
i remember watching this live on TV. absolute certified legend
I can't explain how much of a power play this is.
"This is the final answer heard all around the world... He's won a million dollars!" Bye, Regis
The MOST savage contestant I've ever seen. Dude called his parents to say hi instead of the question!!! yeah that's confidence.
As much as probably everyone would love to be him, I’d personally love to be his dad in that moment. I bet he cried with an insane amount of pride ❤️
When he called his father not to ask for help but to let him know he's going to win is such a remarkable scene...a good sons always wants to make their father proud
Why I am getting the feeling that he wanted to (put it in his fathers face)?
Especially that his father did not say anything after that..
@@the0arabian that or because the call got cut but only he knows for sure
Guys that were hired to dump the confetti’s:
Oh crap we finally get to dump this !!!!
I have waited all my life to trow the confetti. My father has waited his life to trow the confetti. His father has waited to trow the confetti, and some day it will be you who will be waiting to throw the confetti.
I think the most underrated part of the video was his confident chuckle at about 0:51.

Swear I was looking for this comment. XD
This isn’t simply a game show highlight. This isn’t just game show history. This has become Americana. Many of us remember where we were, watching at home with our families when this happened. Still, the biggest mental flex I’ve ever seen. Just an absolute G.
I can't imagine the self control it would take to not just start shaking and having a mental breakdown after you realize that you know the answer to the million dollar question... I would be shaking uncontrollably and trying to stop myself from tearing up. This guy just calmly sat there like he was ordering a coffee at Starbucks!
tankmaster1018 exactly!
I would be more stressed ordering from Starbucks
He does not rly care about money thats why
