    Hey doc. I so appreciate the truth you told about sleep. I have studied the 8 laws of health and found all that to be true. I now always prioritize sleep! And, I wanted to say that I wish to have known to sit down for 10-15 minutes a day... Before, there was about twenty years of high stress living... What a terrific helpful tip. Thanks.

    I would like to add the importance of dark greens daily. Broccoli, kale, spinach.. Organic is super fooooood. We need the K2, calcium, magnesium, chlorophyll and other things from the dark greens A LOT. Some raw seeds and nuts daily is super foooods to. Just a little with each meal. Preferably pumkin seeds from omega 3 and other goodies. And even walnuts for healthy fat for the brain. Just a small handful with a meal like two walnuts or three or four if your a big man, about every other month and switch to almonds most times.. I recommend those things highly. The nuts with meals lowers our chances of colon cancer by 40% and just so many other health benefits.. Easier digestion is a big one with the nuts and seeds. And it is packed with loaded nutrition and very healthy fats for the body. ❤

    I have had TLIF surgery and still have complaints due to fibrosis around the nerve root. leg cramps. is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks

      Fast food burgers aren’t. Home made is ok
