Hi, I think i watched you guys last year before we went on the Vista? I was wondering how you liked the "my time" dinning vs having an assigned seating for dinner? We've always liked having assigned seating because you get to know the wait staff and we could plan our day around our time. Just wanted to get your thoughts?
If it's just our family and not a large group we really enjoy your time dining. You can actually request the same wait staff every evening. This way we don't feel pressured to get there at a certain time and if we want to do something a little later in a port then it really doesn't matter we can still make dinner.
I just came back from a cruise on Carnival Horizon at the end of January and had a blast! Watching this makes me miss it already!!! Mike the cruise director is awesome! I got my picture with him too!

Loved the Guy's PIG and ANCHOR and his BURGER shop, wish one of these was indoor and open 24/7. Really hated the Pizza Pirate since i didn't care for their pizza or being closed alot in wet or windy weather since their outdoors

We had the same server at our dinner! She was awesome we also had your time dinning and that was great also we only waited less then 10 mins.
What is the temperatures in the Caribbean ? I Don't know what month to book for the cruise , First time, But I would like to do August
Late fall through May is very nice with great weather. June - Sept is Hurricane season and can be hot & humid.

Do they charge at the Pig & Anchor on Horizon? I don’t remember a charge at the Pig & Anchor on the Breeze?
No not for the lunch that is ourdoors (like on other ships) although the pig & anchor brewery does have food items for sale.
