Now realizing that Hale's actor plays kano, it makes all the more sense to me at how well JB Blanc plays a bogan. Although hale is definitely the more entertaining Aussie in my opinion

For me Kano’s one of the characters that actually doesn’t really fear anyone and can actually punish everyone if they try to mess with him. Evil, but pretty fair Black Dragon’s leader, no matter what.
With how fucked the story is (kotal kahn getting his ass whooped by kung jin. Shinnok and cassie. Shao kahn and kitana) wouldn't be surprised if kano could do that at this point-
But he cannot Fight, he's just a Thug with weapons and tech.
@@InvestedGman Dude is has actually been decently trained in three types of combat. He’s put a scar on Sub-Zero’s face, and not many others can claim that. And he’s not too crazy, so if he’s not afraid to practically threaten everyone in the game, including gods, I suspect that he might partially be able to do some damage to them. Kabal has actual powers and still chooses to follow him, even after Kano already tried to kill him.

It’s not really hard for a British actor (in this case French-British) to do a decent Australian accent, especially how JB Blanc’s natural voice is cockney, which is just a less twangier Aussie accent.

I love how kano basically just called Shao Kahn a goat fucker in the most Bogan way possible. He's definitely becoming one of my favorite characters just because of how abhorrently uncouth he is, along with learning that he shares a voice actor with Saxton hale. Speaking as an Aussie myself I have to give tremendous respect to J.B. Blanc... it's rare to hear non-Aussies actually pull off a convincing Aussie accent, but he did it.
As someone who often gets comments from people here that I 'sound like a Yank', I dare say he sounds more Aussie than me... and I was born, raised and lived almost my entire life here.

I have to say that the voice actor for Kano JB Blanc does a really good Australian accent which is really saying something as Blanc was born in France and lived most of his life in England
Not only that but he probably plays the most Australian character of all time, Saxton HALEEEEE (yes I have to say his name like that) from team fortress 2.
He's so Australian that he has perfectly grown and sculpted chest hair in the shape of Australia, apparently with no grooming needed. He even was the inventor of the jarate (Jar based karate) that sniper uses according to the comics. Which quite literally means Saxton hale has thrown jars of piss at his enemies before.
