Easy & Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cake

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cake is ridiculously easy to make and it is amazing! The frosting alone is out of this world. If you like peanut butter cups, you won't want to miss this cake.
It's my son's 22nd birthday and this has been his annual tradition for at least 8 years. Now, this year, my daughter also requested this cake. I would be completely OK with just eating a bowl of frosting, if it wouldn't make me sick from being too rich.
As a busy mom of 7, I have lots of opportunity to bake this cake often!

Oh man!!! That looks SO good! I am a huge chocolate peanut butter fan. I have everything I need for this on hand EXCEPT for the reeses peanut butter cups. Torture!!! Haha!

Please crack the eggs over a separate dish and then add to a recipe. Important from a safety and sanitation perspective.As a retired FCS/Home Ec teacher, we teach measuring all ingredients over a separate bowl - not the bowl. you are mixing in. Its best off we can teach food habits - Thanks!
