Ladder tricks like the OP was using are typically used to help snap free objects along a specific axis line using the ladder as a sort of straight edge ruler. When you mount the ladder you cannot shift view from side to side, so it's easier to place foundations in line. No offense to the OP, but since he was dismounting from the ladder, then moving from the origin point, it made the entire ladder usage pointless, at least as far as I could tell.

Its not a mod you can do it in oficial server if you want cost 400 fundations 80 walls and +250 stairs dont k now exact cost sry
