To be honest, there is flaw from both the sides of buyers and the company, the Indian buys didn't recognised the importance of such a amazing company which provided it's customers top notch safety and driving experience at very affordable price & on the other hand the company itself didn't updated it's products according to the competition available in the market and didn't advertised or has done good marketing for their products, so at the end the company has to suffer badly, & one more thing is proved by this incident that in india, customers prefer more fancy and useless features over thier safety that's why such a good company has to suffer..I feel really sorrowful for the company and I want to say I'm lucky too to experience the best cars from this company which is endeavour and ecosport, I hope Ford makes an amazing comeback in the coming years or months...ALL THE BEST FORD ❤️❤️.. All ford owners should make a forum so that service and spares can be arranged. Later a company can be made to service Ford cars , more than 10 lakh customer base. If each customer pays avg. 10 k per year on service or repair then revenue would be more that 100 crore. This is a big business venture.

Indian buyers just like cheap fancy tin cans and car purifiers not safety,driving pleasure and handling..I’m also an owner of Ford ecosports Sports model which I recently purchased but if Ford gives service than there should not be a problem I’m still happy with my decision..

One thing is clear ford has cheated upon customers who have recently bought their vehicles including myself. Until june when I took delivery there was no news of exit at all . Although services , spare parts will be available in future but who knows that it will be available readily .
I feel distraught n sad as ford freestyle owner. I bought the car last december n it's a brilliant car in all aspects. Despite Ford cars having Powerful engine, solid built quality, better handling, safety features, affordable price n good looks too, still our indian customers prefer average car quality. This market is going towards monopolistic approach . Many companies are quitting india . Harley ford Chevrolet opel mitsubishi Peugeot, man truck fiat . And many in a process of winding up in near future skoda Volkswagen . Indian auto market is driven by 2 major players Hyundai and maruti just like Airtel and jio .when players are less consumers are not the boss . Companies will decide what the customer want they will offer cheap and costly products . Ford was in loss because of no new updates to their line up and they are not in a position to increase prices due to increase in prices of raw materials they were removing features instead of increasing prices to make prices competitive in the markets elsewhere every company was increasing prices eg xuv300 within 6 months they have increased prices upto 1 lakh rs and people are paying also but not for ford
