Those are actually not shift lights but rather variable redline - the lights change as the engine warms up, which is also very cool. LOVE the interior of that thing, wow!
Is it the image, or you never engaged the sport button? 🤔 engine response becomes sharper and the steering gets heavier.. also those are not shift lights, are engine temp lights, begin at 4k when cold then go off gradually until the redline 😉
Quite awesome sedan. Always wanted one, but couldn’t afford it back then. Great looking rocket , that you can daily drive and take the family with you. Great review.

Thanks for the correction!
Nice review.
Hey, did you purposely time your E39 review on 3/9, or was that a coincidence? 😂
Ha! Wish I had thought of that
Thanks again for the weekend Mark!

Need more video about Lotus emira please~~~
They’re coming!!
that engine sounds glorious
Best sedan today
I'm thinking about buying one of these.
In terms of the steering feel did you have sports mode on? It normally tightens it as I have heard.
Love the review btw! Would you still buy one today at the price there at 30-40k compared to a nice e92 m3 or 997 with that budget?
Id personally go e92 for practical or 997 if practicality not important
@@jubbalandcars e92 for practicality compared to the e39m5? I meant e39m5 or e92 m3. My bad lol
You don’t have it in sport m mode
