Thanks for the continuing updates. I lost my Cover after 18 months of Sun exposure. Funny thing, it survived several 70mph wide storms, eventually splitting on the South-east side at the roof ridge. Harbor Freight sells replacement Panels through their parts service(by phone) You just need the Correct model number, as there are variances in production. My only updates were Straps in an (X) on the center side Post and a Silver H.F. Tarp(15'x19'ish) to cover the main cover. They can be picked up for under $25 on sale or with a coupon and do an excellent job of protecting the cover from UV damage as well as increasing load strength(if installed properly).I use a zig-zag pattern end to end from the 4"x4"s through the tarp grommets with paracord(don't over tighten). The Silver Tarp will need replacing every few years, but is far cheaper than the cover. My Shed sits on a multi-layer Floor. (12) 6x12x1" pavers, 3 lengths of 4"x4"s, large industrial pallets and 3/4" 4X8s OSB Flooring. 1 Heavy Duty Pallet was reworked and fitted for the ramp.
i actually plan on revamping mine this summer but life always gets in the way, hopefully i will get it done and i will do a vid on it. thanks for the info.
Thanks for sharing your experience! I plan to assemble the 12X20 today and have watched a ton of UA-cam videos on these 10X17 units, I was wondering the same about installing the tarps while assembling, Great to see some evidence that I won't be wasting my time to take that approach!
