Wow! I’ve known for the past 6 weeks that mine is a conditioned response; and it’s gotten worse. I make soooo many associations. I’ve been trying to train my brain that it’s ONLY a conditioned response but it’s soooo hard because the tingling, numbness, burning is so strong every single time. I will try this.

I've got raging fibromyalgia, everything hurts so bad whether I move or not for most of the time, sleeping is a nightmare. I listen to self hypnosis on youtube, deep breathing, all usual stuff. Pain stiffness and fear just ramps up.
I don’t have back pain , I have chronic neck and occasional migraines , But I understand, I get it I’m sure that , that gentleman has had X-RAY and scans , If nothing is majorly structurally wrong with you your pain will go away I’m rooting for you brother
