  • What is inflammation? Inflammation is a complex response to harmful stimuli which could be from a pathogen, but also could be from trauma or toxins. Sorry to hear (aka - read). I suggest you skip the Doctors and visit a nutritionist instead. Generally speaking - there are several things we should do to be healthy: Stop with the bad stuff (smoking, drinking, drugs, junk processed "food", sitting too much for too long), clean up the mess inside our bodies (I am tired of the word "detox" as it has become a marketing scheme but greens and lots of them do a good job of cleaning our bowels) and then start doing all the good stuff: Plenty of sleep, minimal stress, optimism, exercise, sunlight (at least 20 minutes every day), nutrition (whole foods, mostly plants, no processed junk), no or minimal exposure to chemicals, pollutants and radiation. Also get your blood tested every 6 months and if you have any deficiencies - eat foods that contain these missing nutrients and if necessary - take supplements. Hope this advice helps and hope you get well soon. Being healthy and having a strong immune system is so important now - during these trying times.

As I watch this I still don’t understand how people cannot or will not believe in a creator of life. The way we have been created is so complex and detailed, it proves that there is an intelligent creator behind all of this. And this is only taking one small aspect of the human body. If you look further into plants, animals or our galaxy, how do you not see the clear evidence - life was created.
