    Have added milk and curd simultaneously in the jhol , the jhol added with flavours and spice mix was not put for heating, is directly used for putting rice with meat. I think one more step is missed

      nahi bhai allah ka karam hai zyadatar recipe ek bar zayka lene kay baad samajh aajata hai kaise bani hai ho sakta hai unka tarika kuch aur ho jaise unka tariqa 2+2=4 main 1+3=4 itna farq ho sakta hai but zayka wahi aayega aur agar koi recipe khud btaye toh main uska naam mention kardeta hoon jaise abhi stew banaya thaa aijaz bhai ki Recipe thi unhone banakar dikhaya thaa aur idrees ki Recipe try karlena same to same banegi magar sandal powder original lana

      its very difficult to explain i will make another video tnen i will try to explain ratio is not fixed unless you will experience your self cos its depends condition of rice and cooking time also depends on temperature and thickens of pot if you are cooking biryani first time then you must try Delhi's biryani them moradabadi when you got experience then try this and hyderabadi

    This individual dines for free and promotes substandard restaurants, charging them separately for video production. Idris Biryani is nothing more than a scam. The establishment is a small eatery situated near a drain, surrounded by squalor. The biryani is cooked in the open air, with a filthy cloth used to strain the broth-a completely unhygienic method of preparation. Patrons are crammed together on small benches, practically rubbing shoulders, while the waiter spills food all over the table and on you. A thin, tasteless broth is served from a single pot that everyone shares. The biryani itself is undercooked and utterly flavorless.
    This was, without a doubt, the worst biryani I have ever had. To wash your hands, you must use a broken tap located near dirty dishes in a grimy drain.
    This is the stark reality. You’ll end up cursing yourself for even stepping foot in such a place.
    Action must be taken against this person for creating such videos. He is nothing but a fraud.

    Saikdon baar idris biryani kha chuka hun peechle 20 saalon mein... Gajab ki biryani hoti hai..
    Ab doodh se jhol tayyar kare ya kisi se bhi biryani tho khatey hi rahenge
