  • This talk explores how paying attention to your behavior can support you in your life.
You’ll learn how all traditions have guidelines regarding your moral behavior, how morality is often based on a negativity bias and how ultimately, it’s up to you to determine what you really want and define for yourself what it means to be virtuous and in integrity.
In the Buddhist tradition, the teachings are considered so precious as to be priceless. Thus, they are given freely with the invitation for participants to offer voluntary donations. Your support is the fuel that helps me continue what I do.
You may also join Mindful Movement sessions before class, and Mindful Dialogue groups immediately following the talk. Here is where you can find more information and the links to join the groups: www.jonathanfoust.com/upcomin...
Tonight’s session will be available soon on my UA-cam Channel and website: www.jonathanfoust.com/weekly-...

The regret part of end caught my attention and it goes like if you see no escape on this planet your soul cries and weeps in self pitty and you regret your life because if you live vigorous energy filled life there is no space for pitty so anything from end times to having bad hair day can pull you down in regret and shame state but time heals everything as the cliche saying says about bad emotional states.

Yes, and recognizing 'you' are not the emotion, but the one who is aware ... helps a bit. It takes such courage to name what is there and to have tea with it ....
