@Harinder Bhatia MAKE CORRECTION, you said "Now Work Permit will be Valid for 6 Months", but I got info that Only LMIA will be Valid for 6 Months, while WORK PERMIT will be VALID for 2 or 3 Years just like before. Do Correction, Write in Comments or Description or make a New Video.

Hi plz answer and help me as I am very upset… my husband got lmia 3 months back and after that medical is also done and submitted now waiting for final call for visa stamp on pasport but no update 🙁 as we applied through consultant our lmia and everything is authentic we have checked already job offer letter also we have got… but why it’s getting late as people told us they went to canada after 1/2 months after getting lmia 😢
And this 6 months rule will not apply on us?

Yes if your employer has a reason and he can meet all the requirements. And employers can hire for 6 months but doesn’t mean they can’t hire for 1 or 2 years

Yes you can sponsor your spouse and kids but for your parents you have to get visitor visa (can stay upto 6 months) or super visa (can stay upto 5 years). To get PR for parents grand parents you have to keep an eye whenever program will open you have to apply that time right now it’s closed. There are requirements for it so please check on government website.
And what’s the maximum time after getting lmia to go to canada

One of the famous consultant is organising an interview for 2 years Canada Closed Work Permit only and asking for half money before interview and half from my second salary. Though it is a minimal amount (not even a lac) but please suggest if I should go with them. Please guide sir.

Yes Wrong information on LMIA. The visa period remains the same. To apply and receive those 50 or 200 points through Lmia has reduced to 6 months. A person with LMIA needs to claim those points with in those 6 months. Misleading information.
