There is tons to learn and study about new things. Canada is a country of services and technology. Try to enhance your knowledge with new technologies and future innovations. Depending upon what’s your interest are you do your research and trying to find a best path for yourself. I wouldn’t recommend going to consulting agencies where agents are just trying to sell their products and have no knowledge about academies. So stay away from them and do your own research. You can also use LinkedIn in to contact people with the same field and get their opinion.

I have 2 questions- Is charity the same as community services (non-profit org.) I work in community services. Are they exempt from LMIA ?
What is the process if it is exempt and does it help in supporting PR and getting 50 points? I do not need a work permit but just PR support.

Community service and NGO are two different things.
If you’re job is LMIA exempt then it means employers can hire people from overseas without LMIA that’s a benefit to employers and the only benefit to employees are that they are getting job in Canada which can help them to gain Canadian experience but there will be no 50 for something that’s been exempt already.

I looked up the waiting period on the official website after biometrics, and it indicated 67 weeks. I have to wait for 67weeks? 19:58
Not really you should be getting it more quicker than it says and also timeline is also depends on which visa office has you file some are faster than others

Go to Atlantic province and start working there.
After 2 years PG studying in Canada, 3 years work permit will get but how to find NOC codes and which province faster PR, until work permit expires. I don't have previous experience, BE in india and 2 years PG course in India. Pls advise 🙏.
Atlantic provinces have an easy PNP solutions but with the education and experience you mentioned you can easily get PR in any province in canada if you can score 7-8 bands in Ielts with Canadian education and minimum one year Canadian experience

It’s hard to say. Points cut off is keep changing but with LMIA you will be getting 50 points which can help you to get PR. I would suggest to get your full profile checked out before make any decisions.

Go on study visa not LMIA it’s a waste of money or better. You can always get a LMIA if you really need after your study.

Yes you can apply for study and work both but study will be better and cheaper than work visa.

You have to talk to your agent and employer about this. Your work permit will say if its open or closed if open then only you can work for another employer too.

It can take longer depending upon the type of LMIA. It’s under ESDC so it take longer IRCC is quicker than them once you get your LMIA it will take less time to get work permit because than application goes through IRCC

It might affect before applying any visa or Spending huge money on LMIA I would suggest to apply CAIPS notes for your study and visitor application so you can have an idea why those applications were rejected. Otherwise if you’ll keep repeating the same mistake again and again they can put a ban on you for 5 years. Wish you a good luck
