It's nice to hear that this tutorial helped you. You are right, putting both hands together is the most difficult part. I am also a beginning player, but the way I learnt it was just by repeating and repeating it over and over again.....:d
wow the notes on the top really helped me! Great tutorial hope you make more on requests! All I need to do now is to be able to put left hand with right together which I think is the hardest part! thanks:)
OMG you're so good at making tutorial, so simple it's easier than it seems!! i played that song but i was incorrect, i gotta love you now, thanx alot ;))
great tutorial ! will take me some time to play both hands together, too .. till now i only learned intros and stuff .. no pure piano songs .. so this is my first one .. but im hopefull of playing this song in a few days :)
It is possible to remove the top note from the left hand pattern to make it a little easier without making it sound too different. That might help you if you're struggling (as I was!)
i love the tutorial really helped me i doing the last part now and then its time to put left and right together wish me luck:) AWESOME VID 10000000000/5 =]
It is! But it is just practising. It sounds easy and simple ,but it really is. Just do 30 min. a day and after a couple of days suddenly you'll be able to do it. Good luck!!!
i want to learn it but i haven't got a keyboard *yet* will get one soon :D while waiting for it I will watch this lots of times so i will get it into my head:D ty for this great tutorial
Hi Suus, Ik also had cramps! It seems awfull to hear but practice really helps here! Just do it over and over again and your hands will get used to the motion. good luck!
@kiddings777 I have big hands :D Most people have trouble playing this. If playing two notes works for you than thats the way to do it. I must say when you practise more your hands will get used to the motion and it will hurt less
I love this tutorial!! Its very well done and it makes it easy to learn how to play the piece But.. Is it just me, or did you forget to push down the last "g" key at the end of the tutorial, during the last part of the right hand instructions, because I keep replaying that part in order to see which finger you used to push it down but, I can't seem to see you press it.
@Martijnsnijders elloo matee the left and is quite simple get it down. THEN count it out each note you play for the left hand is an eighth note so count as such " 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and" your right hand is a bit harder though because you have rests and 16th notes so a 16th note is counted as such "1 e and a 2 e and a 3 e and a 4 e and a" so if your playing consecutive 8th in the left and 16th in the right then it would be 1 note in the left hand for 2 notes in the left hand hope this helped
Great tutorial, I just started playing a month ago and i have the rythm down but playing but hands at the same time seems impossible right now, i mess up right after 2 -3 seconds. Will this change by practice?
00:45 is the simpelfied way of playing the left hand right ? Im kind of confused, but GREAT TUTORIAL nonetheless! Good job! This really gave me a clue how to play the left hand and it improved my right hand !
When It comes to learning right hand and left hand its easy for me, how can I improve in the way of combining them. I get REALLY confused when playing two different things on both hands (Thats why I don't like drums)
This video is very good. But I have to ask you... do you have big hands, or is why do I have to spread my fingers more than you do??? O_o My fingers start to hurt after I played the first part a couple of times!!! I even play two keys at once cause I can't get my fingers more spread... that really sucks... :(
I find its easier to just play the left hand over and over until its just stuck in muscle memory then just place the riught without thinking abut the left, let the fingers do what they want :P
Hoi, 't gaat prima.
It's strange ... As I started learning this piece, I did it the same like you, but the notes actually tell something different for the left hand. Actually it should be E3+E4, (E3 hold)+B3, G3+E4, (G3 hold)+H3. The "E3 hold" and "G3 hold" are quarter notes ... If playing with pedal it shouldn't make any difference, because the notes remain until you get away from the pedal on the beginning of the next measure.
short, sweet, and simple... BEST tuto ever dude ! everyone should do video like yours
OMG....thank you so much! The fact that you put those piano notes in the video made my life 100 times easier. Please make more tutorials! :DDD

Start trying it together very slowly, and just build up the speed :)
I find its easier to just play the left hand over and over until its just stuck in muscle memory then just place the riught without thinking abut the left, let the fingers do what they want :P
