With reference to Cosmic Byte Stratos Xenon, I would not be able to confirm the connectivity with an Android TV just yet since I do not have that controller with me yet. However, I'm planning to buy it soon which is when I will be testing it and confirm to you as well.
Buy the nebula receiver instead. The new Ares dongle is only for Ares 2023 gamepads and are not compatible with Nebula gamepads.
