17-åriga THEOZ från Linköping fick ett stort genomslag i Melodifestivalen 2022 när han gick till final med ”Som du vill”. Låten låg länge topp 10 på Spotify i Sverige, och framgången följdes av bland annat en sommarturné och en medverkan i Diggiloo-turnén. Han är i dag en av Sveriges största influerare med över 2 miljoner följare på sina kanaler.
Melodifestivaldebuten kom redan 2018, då han som 12-åring shufflade i en förinspelad film som visades på skärmarna bakom Samir & Viktor i "Shuffla". Samma år slog han igenom med låten ”Het”, vars musikvideo blev årets mest sedda svenska video på UA-cam.
Sedan dess har han släppt flera album och EP och gjort ett flertal turnéer. Utöver musiken har THEOZ spelat huvudrollen i biofilmen Rymdresan, där han spelade mot bland andra Robert Gustafsson.

Ok, between his song last year that got stuck in my head for months and this year’s song which is now stuck in my head, it kinda makes me want to learn Swedish so I can sing-a-long with it correctly. This is such a great song and the live performance was fantastic and fun. He and the dancers are constantly moving which is basically how the listener of the song feels when hearing the song.
I was there on Friday! It was amazing, even if the main event was on Saturday. Best day of my life, I swear.

Well, you can do it if you want, I started learning swedish in 2021 and I don't regret it, it's an amazing language and it's quite easy too if you already speak english

Up against the sympathy votes for a Ukranian singer, and the appeal of Panethoz' Samba rhytms with middleaged people, and some of the older youths regarding Theoz as an act for kids, 3rd was probably the best he could have hoped for. I don't envy the entry coming up against him in the semi, though. He only got 12 pointers, 10 pointers and 8 pointers, and he was the top choice of both the 3-9 year olds and 30-44 year olds, 10 points from the phone votes, the 10-15, and the 16-29 year olds - and 8 points from all the other demographic groups. I seriously pity the entry being put up against him in Second Chance. Theoz is 80% in the final already.

We do not. The voting system is a joke because the majority of the votes are cast by children and their families. The fact that he didn't get to the final directly is a total joke, he deserved so much better
If people _hated_ him he wouldn't got the highest score, 12 p from two voting groups and the second highest, 10 p, from three voting groups and the third highest score, 8 p from the rest. He got 78 p, so it was just 4 less than Panetoz.
