Hello. Say if a client circumference was a 22 and you only had a 23 wig block. Is it possible to still make a custom wig using the 23 wig block? How do you make the cap to be a 22v

I wouldn't do it. It could fit, but it's going to have a little extra space. If I had to, I'll decreases the temple to temple measurement. My apologies for the delay. I couldn't comment for some reason.
