This was helpful. Do you need to resize the cap? I use the same for my 22 inch customers and its always big dont know why . Same brand same medium size cap . Please help
Hi 👋🏽 I did use to resize my caps when I was using the same ones in the video, but now I use professional caps from a cap vendor; these caps aren’t in the hair stores but I have the wig cap vendor available on my website for only $25. The durability and elasticity just hits different so no I don’t have to size the caps now. Hope this helps, sorry for the late response 🤞🏽💛
The front to nape measurements. The measuring tape should start 1/4 inch front of your hairline then go back down to your nape (the back of your neck, the top part of your neck) where the hair stops.
But as soon as you take it off to sew, all the measurements are gone? I’m not understanding the point of the measurements as the cap will move when you lift it off.
Hi 👋🏽 I use to think that also but the measurements will remain the same. The key is to use the correct size cap to start (Small, Med, or Lg)… and most importantly never stretch the cap as you are sewing on your tracks 💛 Great comment 🤓☺️

I dont understand the line for the forehead. Is there a measurement from the bottom of the head up?
It is said that from the bottom of the canvas head(black part NOT included) to 9 inches up.
