Remember seeing this one before…this has to be one of the worst. May as well just wrap the place in blue tape!! Did you say it had been signed off as PC or the builder said it was good for PC sign off? If that has been signed off then money went in someone’s back pocket. That wouldn’t get PC sign off by a blind man. Without looking in the roof or on the roof I would guess there is another $20-$30k worth of work left, if not some severe brick replacement work which would blow that figure way out. Let alone a builders clean on that rubbish would take a good team a week. Unbelievable.

@@WABuildingInspections Haha! Yeah as much as we the people would of course like you to ‘name and shame’; I can understand from my own line of work and experience how quickly stuff becomes ‘legal’. Pretty sad that people who do the wrong thing can still sue you for defamation or something similar when all you’ve done is your job and as a side note given a helping word to the next brother/sister in line. So much for having the freedom of speech to call a dodgy prick a dodgy prick. Sad ass world man. SMH 🤦♂️
Looking good on TV as well mate! Strange for a news report to actually have some bloody useful information…enough said there. Good point though, I get check ups on my health and car way more frequently than annually; getting a third party inspection on my house is pretty logical when viewed like that 👍 especially when it is still under the builders warranty…dunno if you guys come up as far as Mindarie but after a few more renovations/fix ups I think I might need to have a chat to you guys! Nah, the PCI needs to meet standards first, the builder then has 10 days to rectify them pre handover, I take your point but the PCI means the home must be reasonably fit for use and habitation, it’s not the minor issues we recorded on this.
Makes one decide to never buy a new house.

The PCI is to inspect a home before handover to identifie any issues and then the builder fixes them and another final inspection is done and then the handover so why are you picking on the house before the builder has finished fixing anything ? do you honestly think the builder will handover the house without any door furniture come on man its not a big drama like your making out
The. Builder called the PCI - and yes they did exactly that. That’s the issue
@@WABuildingInspections Yeah its a little early but thats ok the PSI is a handover inspection so now the builder has the opportunity to finish it of then another inspection is done before the keys are handed over and any issues are cleared up so there's no need to accuse the builder of what your saying when you haven't even spoken to him to find out his intentions
