You missed something the input was devided by 20 and the build parts by 20. Overall it did not change the amount. It just allows smaller builder to build it without like 10 units left at the end which you can no more use. The manufarctoring time dont change as you now need more then 1 run to build and you need now 10 runs. So you spend the same time and even more time if you want the 20 units it made before with 1 run. Regarding the gas i build carriers and for these you safe like 150mil in total to build it. But 150mil from a 4bil ship is like wtf its like nothing. For bigger stuff like supers and titans you now need more gas due to the change. Also sweet summer child the mining stuff wont change anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The value of these rocks are so garbage that you are way cheaper mining high value stuff, sell it and buy from afk hs bots the missing minerals. There is only one kind of flavour worth to mine and its what was in null anyways. Also do you even play in null to be so clueless? The ratting anomalies wont be used. The only one ppl do in null are havens (aktive ishtar) ,sanctums (carrier,marouder) forsaken sanctums (marouder), forsaken hubs (afk ishtar). Barges should stay omega, but I do think there should be a line of racial fleet miners (frigate that can mine as much as a mining moa, and a cruiser that can mine as much as a mining rokh - but both of these mining ships would have a relatively low cargo hold.) Then if CCP wanted, they could make a t2 version of these ships, which would encourage people to use the fleet miners instead of barges when they're paired with an orca.
The problem with the empire mining ships was that they never got used after ORE was introduced. Some people may got enough money to buy an Osprey and use it as a stepping stone towards a Covetor/Hulk(cause even then barges and exhumers were not properly balanced so the final end tier was the only good one). After tiericide all the empire mining ships got converted into logistics and ORE was left as the sole faction to meet all demands regarding resource extraction. If we were to get more mining ships they would also need to make new models and honestly, it took ages for them to even consider adding Navy destroyers or capitals so i doubt the industrial or exploratory side will ever see that level of dedication. They never really cared about the resource collection or industrial logistics in general, hence no new haulers for the T1 empires.

Missile fire wall strats.... easy explained.... Smartbombs do damage to missiles, missiles have HP when a missile hp hits 0 it blows up and doesnt hit its target. Lots of times ships like Nestors/Vindi are used to fire wall by positioning 'firewaller' close to a target that is getting primaried by lots of missile boats. The firewaller then cycles all his smartbombs staggered as to keep them rolling to do max damage to incoming missiles. Alternativly positioning yourself as a firewaller in between the fleets is also popular.

Take the Smart bomb that has increased damage to a wh that has bonuses for smartbomb range, now you will firewall the gods which essencially turns the game into what do we need to counter arty blasters or lasers. Which is why the devs added that statement of watching the outcome of sb balance.

The Equinox changes remove costs for sovereignty upgrades which removes the 'need' for rented space. And lastly, the R64 moons are the moons containing most rare moon materials. Despite what you seem to implicate, this is not fully bound by region.
I just want to see better server technology so the server clusters aren't dying every time an alliance tries to resolve a big conflict and players are forced to sit for hours in 10% TiDi while the server cluster struggles to calculate everything that's being executed.
i dont have to wait a year to see what happens! with all those changes they just chase people away! it started in 2012 with those minnig changes and those injectors! more than half of the players quit then! they haven't learned anything, and the plex is now way too expensive!

Tried the mobile observatory and the harasser just logged off. When you put these up, they are seen by everyone in the system, really pointless unless they made them cloaky as well.
CCP is trying to push the null bloc to field more "cheap" titans like back in 2015-16-17. Also requiring more Sov space to produce null resources are going to force null alliances to fight more for said space. This drives player satisfaction and play time.
pochven express takes 15 minutes, your cloak protection is 15 minutes, and the observatory pings every 15 minutes, th chance you get uncloaked and found before you re-cloak is pretty much impossible. as for the intel catchers, its the same if the observatory uncloaks you, you just recloak and move bei 1km .
If you want more players and more conflict don't you want more horizontal expansion? I don't live in Null so I don't care about big alliances that much.

You then know, the harasser was not AFK. That was the scourge really - for harasser to go AFK, without other players in the system know it
