You have obviously never been to Victoria Bay or Mboyti to name but 2 there are literally hundreds of beaches better than Camps bay even Clifton has better beaches.

Yes it is anice house and I like it so much but you could have slabed the roof instead of mabatis because it WILL force you to put ceilings
