"Fun" fact about polish infantry tech tree. The third picture depicts a rifle grenade alongside Mors SMG. Back when the game released, the grenade was title something like wz.38 The issue? It's made up. On the picture is PGN-60 rifle grenade introduced in... 1960. In time since 2016 all mentions of wz.38 just vanished, having already served their purpose. And yeah, having 1960's AT rifled grenade in 1938 would be quite powerful 😅
Both, Yugoslavia and German focuses are bugged (been like that for very long time), where if you DELETE your whole army, both of them will say yes to your demands (yes even Germany). That is how event files are coded. For Germany you told ''if your army is 10 times bigger you just get it'', well you get it with 0 army since they have 10 times bigger army (well more than that, lol).

Plus captured territories of Western Poland (Mr. H gave them up), Romania and Iran. I use the paratrooper trick, heavy AA for armor, and rapid development of mechanized units. Purely anecdotal, but I believe if you share a border with Yugoslavia they are much more likely to agree. If you do not share a border, then they seem to deny almost every time.
I feel like the Cossack King on ahistorical would be a better start, since you can take advantage of a weaker Germany after the civil war and kill it right away.
In my game I puppeted hungary, estonia and latvia, them reformed commonwealth, also germany and yugoslavia said yes to my demands. Destroying soviets was pure formality 😅
Imagine if you were to deny 16 times and then god himself comes for the 17th time and you get a massive focus tree that allows you to core the world and gives you massive buffs 👀👀 but we always choose the Romanov because “secret path good”
10:30 I think, that you're missing good relations. I always improve relations at least to 80 when doing these sorts of focuses. And it's very comon, that PDX codes the AI to require relations at 80+
I never controlled any files and I don't have any idea how to read them. So basicly get my theory with a grain of salt. My theory is 75 isn't the chance itself but the hard coded sealing so spamming won't give you 100 percent chance (I heard Fascist Hungary worked like this so 100 percent consistent strats exist for getting greater hungary)
Awww man, I remember, many DLCs ago, it was possible to just flip ideology as Poland, fabricate on Germany manually (not waiting for Danzig or war) and taking them out that way. ...I tried that recently and it did not work at all, Germany just kicked my ass hard, lel. And I should say I am definitely NOT a good HOI IV player, wouldn't even consider myself decent. But yeah, it was somehow really easy back then. I also once - long, long ago - did a similar thing where I manually fabricated on Poland first and then Germany as the Soviet Union, before even doing the old Great Purge, and took them out pretty easily, but yeh, I'm also like 99% certain that it wouldn't work like that anymore, haha
You lost 7 focus days cause not picking one before Anastasia coming to the throne. If you pick focus, for example, in a military branch, and delete it after Anastasia event, you save your focus days

Yugoslavia accepts often, if you share a border. In my experience at least
czechoslovakia has cores on slovakia so it technically has 0 compliance but also 0 resistance
