Idiots are everywhere. We were fishing a 30ft wide canal full of Tarpon which were very easily spooked. Guys coming in with motor running right past us. I told them the Tarpon would spook and leave and they did, guys didn't even get a hit. Guys left and Tarpon were back in 30 minutes.
