In the late 1920's there was a lot of interest in daily saunas as a means of preventing and controlling illness during the cold and flu season. However, it all ended in 1928 with the invention of Penicillin. Now we understand that raising the body temperature is an effective way of exciting the immune system and fighting illnesses.

The crazy thing about this I was being reflective this morning in regards with coming down with the flu/cold of some sort and was wondering if exceeding while having a cold /flu . Kills off the sickness quicker. I believe this just confirmed. And there was also a time last year where I played basketball every single day with flu like symptoms and everyday was better than the previous day. So yes raising your body temp might just be the way.

If you are overweight or out of shape, you need to read this:
When you hear the words "working out," you probably imagine yourself doing squats, burpees, pull-ups, wind sprints, and other exercises that are HORRIDLY PAINFUL when someone is out of shape.
In 2019 I couldn't do a SINGLE PULL-UP. I was 40LB's overweight. And walking up a flight of stairs made me winded. I was like the typical flabby & out-of-shape 38 year old.
Then, COVID happened, and I decided to just start walking for 20 minutes a day, uphill, on a treadmill. After that, I'd lift dumbbells (or cables) for 30 minutes, but NOTHING HEAVIER THAN 20LB's.
I did that for 3-4 months, and it RADICALLY CHANGED MY BODY AND HEALTH.
Better yet, NONE OF IT WAS PARTICULARLY PAINFUL/HARD.
You can do the painful exercises WHEN YOU ARE READY.
Until then, you can change your life (for the better) simply by BEING CONSISTENT.

Are you a cardiologist doctor in this field regarding heart attacks and strokes or are you just quoting statistics you haven't shown credentials for?
I can truly appreciate the last part of your clip that said that it rejuvenates and helps people want to do more activities to help them get their health back but you haven't explained what a person should do that already has health issues that will limit the option of what your suggesting from your own opinion by what statistics you're reading from wherever, this is basically giving people a paragraph out of an entire medical book on what they could do to improve their health if you're healthy to begin with but possibly slightly overweight or inactive and unmotivated

the instant thing I notice is my fingers and my toes got bigger because of the qi and my skin overall are more moist. instant as in the moment I step out of sauna room.
it's really great and I will continue to do it

Mind you that going from a 0.01% to 0.005% chance is considered a 50% reduction. So take this with a grain of salt.
I can guarantee you doing sports, sleeping enough, drinking enough, etc. have a way higher impact. People throw these percentages around for marketing reasons. In reality all of the saunas, cold showers, etc etc pale in comparison to a common sense healthy lifestyle.

That's not quite how the math works here friend. All cause mortality isn't .01% year over year for starters, but if you arrive at the golden year where you are scheduled for a heart attack, your risk is essentially 100%. You're also not taking into account the other benefits of sauna usage, as well as how it can progressively improve health. 20mins a few times a week is a worthwhile investment. You can even do it in the mindless scrolling window we all have everyday, so it's really not eating your time.

He was propably unconscious in sauna, because he fell asleep in there before and after waking up he fell to the rocks trying to get out and so got quack death then. Thats why you need to be careful, when your alone at sauna, that you never fall asleep in there.

Ask him about the positive vibes he has vibrated into his brain in Sedona Az?
And then he tells a random guy why he does it.
    He told this dude,
" i have this done because of the crybabies in the world who cant figure out a scheme to make money"
    What a weirdo.

The sauna probably is not the cause of reducing heart attack. It's probably because people who actually go in saunas care about their health and watch what they eat. Correlation does not mean causation. But I didn't read the study so I don't know.

These stats are misleading, the stats looked at correlation between sauna use and death, the correlation is plausibly due to wealth causing those with better standards of living to use saunas more, those individuals will of course be more likely to live longer
