I think the Eldritch Town expansion for Little Town is also a fantastic solo mythos game!
That it is! And so is Eerie Town, its X-Files-esque supplement. Another nice one I could mention is The Unseen World. (Unfortunately, none of them has GM-less co-op variants, though...)
It's a game designed by a brazilian publisher, 101 games.
23:03 Well, the „prequel” (or rather the „prototype”) of this one, Vampire: Alone in the Darkness (basically a heavily simplified Vampire: The Masquerade for GM-less solo/co-op play) is also available in English now. IthaquasBane did a quite entertaining playthrough series of it on his channel. Another one I’d highly recommend is Eldersworn, a Mythos re-theme project for Ironsworn. Also, semi-related, but are you familiar with the solo journaling game called The Unseen World?
The Vampire version of this is something I hope to get eventually… I will look up The Unseen World. Tho I cover journaling games on the channel, typically they aren’t what I like to play. The subject matter has to be just right…. Thanks for the comment and suggestions.

A game that came to my attention last week was Heinrich’s Call of Cthulhu Guide to Carcosa. It came out at the end of November and is a solo campaign book based on the Call of Cthulhu. The author has some videos on here that you might want to look at.
Another, though not solo, but I’m sure it can be, is Eldritch Tales - White Box. Essentially, these guys have taken the White Box rule set and turned it into a Cthulhu mythos game.

Looks interesting, although I find the post-apocalyptic setting sort of a let-down (IMHO). Personally, I'd highly prefer the classic Lovecraftian setting. As for similar games, ElderSworn is quite promising. It's a Lovecraftian re-implementation of IronSworn with interesting new features and ideas. And even better, just like IronSworn, it's completely free!
Yes tho I didn’t specifically comment on the choice to go post apocalyptic I too really like the classic setting. A number of comments have mentioned Eldersworn which I will definitely check out!
'The Mutant Epoch' RPG line has tons of post-future apocalypse tables in them.
It's a gonzo style post-apoc, kinda like Gamma World was, so not sure if that's something you'd be into.
Has all kinds of crazy mutants and powers along with it's random tables. Plus a lot of classic style sketch art, being the artist's own RPG.
I've seen mention of it's published scenarios being more solo friendly than most, although I've not tried one out to see yet.
I can't remember if you've looked at Silent Legions by Kevin Crawford, but it's Mythos-type investigation that's highly compatible with (say) Scarlet Heroes.

Thanks for the review. I too have been searching for solo cthulhu materials. I tried one of the Alone Against modules but it's not what I'm looking for. Hope someone out there has a good suggestion.
