    Ingredients :
    Rice Flour 1 Cup
    Coconut Water 1 Cup
    Water 1/2 Cup
    Salt 1/2 Tbsp.
    Coconut Oil
    Shallots, Maldives Fish, Curry Leaves, Green Chills, Pandan Leaves (As you need)
    Chill Flakes, Turmeric, Pepper, Cumin Seeds (As you need)
    Finally deep fry in oil and serve with coconut chutney and Sambar.
