I see why they cut the Hulk scene. It sounds like a good idea out of context, but the somber conclusion of that movie is really muddled when Bruce and Hulk finally get a satisfying resolution like five minutes earlier.
Yeah, it might have been better as a flashback in Endgame but I can't really picture where it would slot in. It's not strong enough to carry the opening, which was phenomenal.
It would've been cool in endgame after they decide to go see hulk, it shows a flashback of a few weeks earlier of the same conversation but happening in the lab (where hulk said it happened) it would've been a cool visual, like in ragnarok. banner says something, then hulks out and hulk answers then shrinks and banner answers, and they destroy the lab in the process.
I feel like that would make the ending even better because, then, the lose of everyone and Bruces confusion would have made it even sadder considering his new form and how happy he should be.
When every one kneeled would have better, it would be a call back to loki saying "in the end you will kneel" and the old guy said "not to men like you"
The longer version of Thor's side mission in the cave in Age of Ultron should have been kept in. It's more clear what's going on, and it ties the subplot into the movie better.
i disagree, we get the memorial with everyone at the lake. However I was waiting for Captain America to salute Tony as the final sign that Steve Rodgers was wrong about Tony and that he respects him on a whole new level.
I dunno man. Tbh, the EVERYONE kneeling was just a little too corny for me, and I love corn!🤣 However, Stranges kneel and expression would have meant alot and shown the depth and gravity, being the only 1 who knew the ONE way to defeat Thanos, and shown his respect of Tonys true sacrifice. Benedict is a fantastic actor!!👍👏👏👏
I would have loved for the cut scene with Tony and his grown up daughter to have been in there, but with one major difference. Instead of seeing his daughter, he sees Ho Yinsen from the first Iron Man. And Tony echos Yinsen’s “This was always the plan” line. It would really bring Tony’s story full circle.
@@larrybanks1305 just because it is that way in the comics, doesn't mean it has to be that way in the movies. The Soul stone can easily be described to reveal who means the most to a person at that moment.
The kneeling shouldn't have been cut, it gives way more emotion than the funeral and shows more respect. Especially seeing cap hardly getting on the knee after the fight and strange's expression full of guilt were strong moments.
I like the deleted scene from Age of Ultron where we see that Quicksilver is using his powers to help the people of Sokovia. It was great for his characterization and gave us a glimpse of what we missed out on.
@Pricey the Object Show Simp I liked what little we saw of him, and it sucks that he couldn't stay around for more than 1 movie due to licensing issues.
the deleted opening scene from The Incredible Hulk when Bruce tried to kill himself in the arctic and turns into the hulk, then it leads into the intro montage. A bit grim but immediately sets the stage of his dilemma
Yeah, and they called back to that deleted scene in the Avengers, it's nice to have some connective tissue between Norton and Ruffalo. Hulk is full of great deleted characters talking, it would probably benefit the most from an Extended cut, though it makes it less like an Action Mavel movie.
@@osmanyousif7849 Granted, although I really like the Yinsin idea. I realize it wouldn't make sense to people joining the series late. But good grief, his daughter wasn't even dead!
It's a god's gift that scene was cut. It would have been better if little Morgan was there instead of the older version. It's very creepie and it doesn't remotely hurt like it should. I think if they made Stephen open a portal to let Morgan meet her dad one last time with Happy beside her...it would have shattered everyone's heart and would have been bittersweet.
@@dakota5031 We know hulk is a different being, he has his own thoughts too. Merging with Banner is just a little too sad knowing the last time we see hulk on screen (not banner), was at the start of infinity war. He badly lost to thanos and there suddenly everybody forget the childish hulk inside banner. He's a different person and not knowing what happened to him really makes me sad tbh...
not just that but the scene makes it look so easy, you don't just talk with the hulk for 5 minutes and then come to terms and that's it, it had to be through many experiments in the years after the snap...
@@mjdmjd02 Just wish they showed that. While I agree this life altering convo might have been too short, the sudden appearance in Endgame was WAY too "nothing at all".
In the kneeling scene, I felt more for Cap. His ongoing relationship with Tony, their bickering but strong friendship, and we see Captain America not only kneel, but it almost looks like he is falling to his knee, like he is really unable to stand and seem strong, when in actuality he just lost a great friend of his.
The scene from Thor 1 where Loki is handed the throne and he is a bit hesitant. It really gives emotional depth to the line "I never wanted the throne!! I only ever wanted to be your equal!!" They should've kept that scene.
@@osmanyousif7849 I honestly was never a fan of the "ship" the film makers were going with between them. It always felt weird and awkward. Maybe it's because I'm not a huge fan of the way Ruffalo plays the Banner character compared to how well the other members of the cast seem to fit as their respective characters. However, I definitely think that all 3 snaps should've had a corresponding soul realm vision scene. If they had don't this, then I believe it would've made sense for banner to see Nat, but keep the vision to himself. Tony, on the other hand, has more than 1 character that could make sense in his vision. You could make a case for him seeing, most obviously, Morgan. But you could also make great cases for Yensin from the first movie and also his father. Both of these characters didn't live to see what Tony would do in the later parts of his life while Morgan will grow up knowing his sacrifice.
I would've loved to see a flash back of the trauma Stephen experienced when he lost his sister, which inspired him to become a doctor and be terrified of failure. It was apparently recorded but never even shown as a deleted scene. I'd kill for it to show up in a later movie or revealed in a deleted scene
The scene in Avengers 1 where they show the ‘depressing’ life of Steve Rogers with the Stan Lee cameo should have been there, it gives more depth in the story
Actually, I liked the “Another!” scene from Thor bc of what they recently did in the Loki tv series (ep3, I believe) where Loki is drinking, and reveling a bit on a train and he too throws down his mug and calls “Another!” It brought back the obvious brother connection & also this vague thought in the back of my head, like did Asgard have just an endless supply of Mugs, etc. that could be tossed to the ground and be broken basically every day, as it appeared to me that anything and everything was cause for a feast, which again was cause for drinking … … ? 🥰🥰
You know, I really like that you actually include the deleted scenes. Some other channels just describe what happens and don’t even show the scenes. Props to you man.
The scene with black widow and the scene with thor and the guys throwing their drinks are actually in the movies right now. I'm not sure if they were added later maybe? But I just watched them on Disney + and they aren't deleted anymore.
There's a few lines of dialogue from about Budapest that aren't in the movie, besides that the scene is in the movie. Just a few seconds clipped out pretty much. Same with the Thor scene. The part of him not throwing his cup is left out, yet the "Another!" part is left in. Just little details cut
The “Take a knee for Tony” scene made you ‘tear up’? At that point in the movie I’m already bawling in honor of one of the single greatest characters ever written, how are you only tearing up?
8:45 I also love how Thor chooses not to smash his cup when earlier he did it without thinking. It shows how he cares about Earth and wants to be more like him. It's a first glimpse of how this Thor will continue to change as we see in Ragnarok, Infinity War, and Endgame
First and foremost they should have included the scene at the beginning of Thor, in which Loki and Thor have a brief heart to heart. Loki tells Thor how happy he is for him, confesses to feeling occasional jealousy but also sincere brotherly love and rejoices at Thor’s imminent ascension to the throne. In Thor The Dark World I’d put back the disheveled grief-riven Loki sitting on his cell’s floor, yelling in painful guilt over being the indirect cause of his mother’s death. Finally, (it’s not a deleted scene) but in Avengers I wish they had shown why, when Loki first appeared on Earth, he appeared so battered and weak, had dark bruising beneath his eyes and staggered, needing assistance as he and his new minions left the tesseract lab.
I usually consider most mcu deleted scenes as background canon. It’s always cool to see ones that flesh out the characters like the hulk scene. It was a huge shock for endgame but there’s nothing stopping that scene from playing out at some point before they left wakanda. The ones I don’t consider canon are any that make plot holes or kill off characters that don’t die in the final cut but I guess those can now be honorary what if stories? Either way it’s always cool to see what they come up with
“This video is great! I like it! Another?!?!” Those are the deleted scenes I wish were kept back in. As a matter of fact, for the Avengers Endgame extended rerelease, I did expect some deleted scenes reinserted like the scene with Tony and his daughter in the Soul realm. But I was underwhelmed that there were no new scenes. In terms of other franchises, perhaps Star Wars as those movies have loads of scenes left on the cutting room floor.
one of my favorite deleted scenes from the avengers (one that wasnt show in the video) is the one with wanda maximoff & vision vs the black order in infinity war. the way they displayed the black order truly shows how terrifying they are, and how lizzie and paul looked very scared. i can kinda see why they cut it out of the film but i wish it could've stayed in infinity war. def one of my favorite deleted scene

But wouldn't it have played up to his guilt in Endgame where he could have been like he got a win while everybody else lost
I feel like that would make the ending even better because, then, the lose of everyone and Bruces confusion would have made it even sadder considering his new form and how happy he should be.
When every one kneeled would have better, it would be a call back to loki saying "in the end you will kneel" and the old guy said "not to men like you"
Beautiful.
Ooohhh!! Yes I like it
The longer version of Thor's side mission in the cave in Age of Ultron should have been kept in. It's more clear what's going on, and it ties the subplot into the movie better.
Cutting out the kneeling scene for Tony was a criminal mistake.
i disagree, we get the memorial with everyone at the lake. However I was waiting for Captain America to salute Tony as the final sign that Steve Rodgers was wrong about Tony and that he respects him on a whole new level.
@@illiji915 they already showed that with the “earth lost their best defender” line
I dunno man. Tbh, the EVERYONE kneeling was just a little too corny for me, and I love corn!🤣
However, Stranges kneel and expression would have meant alot and shown the depth and gravity, being the only 1 who knew the ONE way to defeat Thanos, and shown his respect of Tonys true sacrifice.
Benedict is a fantastic actor!!👍👏👏👏
With everything going on at the time. It would have been too much.
Also i love howkeye was the first to kneel
I would have loved for the cut scene with Tony and his grown up daughter to have been in there, but with one major difference. Instead of seeing his daughter, he sees Ho Yinsen from the first Iron Man. And Tony echos Yinsen’s “This was always the plan” line. It would really bring Tony’s story full circle.
As someone who didn't cry watching Endgame, THIS woulda broken me
Yeah it will be nice but the problem is that the soul stone shows the person you love the most. That is why Thanos was shown Gomora
@@larrybanks1305 just because it is that way in the comics, doesn't mean it has to be that way in the movies. The Soul stone can easily be described to reveal who means the most to a person at that moment.
@@Djblois1 yeah I know but I am pretty sure his daughter means more to him then a person he spend few days in a cave
@@dwad8710 that's not enough to make him love him THE MOST
Dude the Antman scene was lit AF. I bet this scene would have caused a lot of laughter.
I hope that one day we get a re release of Avengers 2012 with a lot of those deleted scenes. I felt that a lot for those scenes really built up cap.
Definitely. I never liked cap in that movie
@@reputationselinasversion1606 Really? Why. I liked him. But I feel the deleted scenes gave him more depth.
@@connorgolden4 thats what I meant. I never like the character devopment they cut out.
@@reputationselinasversion1606 ok for yah. Really would’ve made the movie better if they kept it.
Yeah like the Stan Lee cameo and there was something with Beth the waitress.
Yeah they cutted basically all his character development knowing that they will kill him off.
Seeing Chadwick in scenes you’ve never seen before is a kick in the guts. RIP King.
the deleted opening scene from The Incredible Hulk when Bruce tried to kill himself in the arctic and turns into the hulk, then it leads into the intro montage.
I like that it was a callback. It has the same impact without being jarring in tone
Yeah and they recreate that scene in Incredible Hulk video game and use it
I’m pretty sure when he cracks the ice you can also see Captain America in the scene too.
@@sliiifertheskydragon9790 Has that ever been confirmed. It's a very watch it you'll miss it. Even then it's not that convincing it was true
Bryan: "MCU scenes that should NOT have been cut!"
Also Bryan: "Yeah, okay, good call on cutting that one with Tony and his grown daughter."
I mean it really doesn’t work. If anyone should be seeing someone in the afterlife it’s Bruce seeing Natasha when he snaps.
Man, that Hulk/Banner scene would have been great, I hate that they decided to cut it out.

@@lenirish I know what you mean but, they could have made a better explanation then the deleted scene.
nope, the feeling of the scene contradicts the ending of infinity war which is supposed to punch us in the gut.

Ezra Miller as Savatar
Dr Strange looked so hurt. They should’ve left that scene in.
I feel like it’s good that they took out the smart hulk scene because it would of just taken away the sadness of thanos snapping
This is probably the best explanantion of why it was removed, but in a vaccum the scene works so well
But Sam is in the scene, meaning the Snap didn’t happen yet
@@johnepants true
not just that but the scene makes it look so easy, you don't just talk with the hulk for 5 minutes and then come to terms and that's it, it had to be through many experiments in the years after the snap...
@@mjdmjd02 Just wish they showed that. While I agree this life altering convo might have been too short, the sudden appearance in Endgame was WAY too "nothing at all".
3:27 That's why I love Mantis: She doesn't even know what is happening, but she just kneel there because everyone is doin It
In the kneeling scene, I felt more for Cap. His ongoing relationship with Tony, their bickering but strong friendship, and we see Captain America not only kneel, but it almost looks like he is falling to his knee, like he is really unable to stand and seem strong, when in actuality he just lost a great friend of his.
or because of the huge battle that just happened but that works too
Tshala talking about his father, Dr. Strange kneeling and Thor deleted scenes are my favorite
Ant-Man cheating at craps REALLY would have been perfect for the movie.
The scene from Thor 1 where Loki is handed the throne and he is a bit hesitant. It really gives emotional depth to the line "I never wanted the throne!! I only ever wanted to be your equal!!" They should've kept that scene.
The adult Morgan scene should’ve been replaced with Yinsen asking Tony if he didn’t waste his life
What about Bruce seeing Natasha once last time when he snaps everyone back to life?
@@osmanyousif7849 no, I would rather have the adult Morgan scene
@@christiandouglass2225 I would like to see Natasha again
The Yinsen would ve been great and emotional.
I feel bad for the actors whenever some scenes get deleted because they basically just memorized the lines for nothing 🤦
Yeah and the actress for grown up mini Stark got cast for nothing
It can't be for nothing if they still get paid million of dollars for doing it

Actually, I liked the “Another!” scene from Thor bc of what they recently did in the Loki tv series (ep3, I believe) where Loki is drinking, and reveling a bit on a train and he too throws down his mug and calls “Another!” It brought back the obvious brother connection & also this vague thought in the back of my head, like did Asgard have just an endless supply of Mugs, etc. that could be tossed to the ground and be broken basically every day, as it appeared to me that anything and everything was cause for a feast, which again was cause for drinking … … ? 🥰🥰
Yea and Thor being a bit sad that scene was dope.
Can we just talk about how fake that thumbnail was
Yes
Yeah :/
ikr
Bryan: "This scene kind of makes me tear up a bit."
Me: Pauses video so I can violently sob at the respect paid towards Tony.
When you see. Galactis and you know it's clickbait
I 100% got click baited. Fucking youtubers man
Yeah my time got wasted searching for that
Yeah, Antman and his team cheating on that game should've been kept. Fleshed them out even more.
In almost every scenario these scenes are character building and have no comedy
Imagine that
I usually consider most mcu deleted scenes as background canon.
I like it! Another?!?!”
Those are the deleted scenes I wish were kept back in. As a matter of fact, for the Avengers Endgame extended rerelease, I did expect some deleted scenes reinserted like the scene with Tony and his daughter in the Soul realm. But I was underwhelmed that there were no new scenes.
In terms of other franchises, perhaps Star Wars as those movies have loads of scenes left on the cutting room floor.
one of my favorite deleted scenes from the avengers (one that wasnt show in the video) is the one with wanda maximoff & vision vs the black order in infinity war. the way they displayed the black order truly shows how terrifying they are, and how lizzie and paul looked very scared. i can kinda see why they cut it out of the film but i wish it could've stayed in infinity war. def one of my favorite deleted scene
that black panther scene is beautiful, fuck I miss Chadwick.
i hated smart hulk because i feel like the hulk was tricked. There are two characters, Bruce Banner and the hulk, but when he became smart hulk ,the big angry guy was no more. We need a separate Hulk and Banner as they are both different personality wise
@@m2cscream That could have been better , because i'd say Banner got control of both the body and mind, meaning the real Hulk was trapped in there somewhere
