I’m still mad that they cut many Quicksilver’s scene in AOU, there’s a lot of deleted scene that would make him more likable and interesting character. For example there’s a scene where he’s giving stuff (that he stole) to the people of Sokovia for free (he gave a medicine to a old man) and then someone tries to gave him money but he said no. That little scene alone would make him more lovable character
And they fact that they literally had the choice to keep him alive which in turn would’ve helped Wanda deal with the eventual loss of Vision in IW which would prevent the events of WandaVision from happening because Pietro would be able to comfort her and still be by her side but no..Marvel just made her completely alone. Wanda is one of my favorite characters along with Spidey, Cap, and Thor and I feel like she’s deserving of not being portrayed as a villain like they try to do in the WV series.

There was one deleted scene from Captain Marvel where it's Vers' team having a bit of banter on their way to their mission, and I actually really like the scene 'cause it added some much needed characterization to these characters, and built on the teams relationship as a unit. Without it, it feels like they're not even friends whatsoever.

But, I also think that they should have played up that relationship a lot more. It would have made for a better ending to Endgame. When Bruce tells Cap, "I tried to get Nat." Tony Stark literally did blow up the mothership though, which is why the shaving rocket scene was removed. It also would have had a lasting change to rocket's appearance if he had been shaved. Tbh, it just wouldn't have been a good scene to keep in.

In the book, Loki: Where Mischief Lies (which has the Marvel branding on it so I’m assuming it’s cannon), SWORD was the name of a secret society, started by three misfits that Loki met and befriended. The society studied abnormal causes (that’s how they met Loki, because he’s magical). Loki basically calls their society’s name lame because they don’t actually fight as much as they protect and the Loki tells them that they should rename it SHIELD. The only complain I personally have with the MCU is that, they chopped off that particular scene where all the Avengers along with all other heroes get down on their knees to pay their final respect, to thank and appreciate and to acknowledge the ultimate sacrifice made by Tony Stark at the end of Avengers:Endgame. It is such a powerful and emotional scene which fits perfectly to a T and proves that all those superheroes who at some point of time have doubted, criticised and questioned the morality, the legacy, the motive, principles and the true heroic nature of Tony Stark and his "M.O" earlier (like Captain America in the first Avengers movie). But now, each and every one of them are crystal clear in their mind, conscience and soul that Tony is the best. A true hero, with a heart of gold, And the one who have the ultimate courage and the guts to sacrifice his own life without a second thought to save every single living creature in the face of Earth from going extinct in just a snap of a finger. That was the perfectly deserving tribute and homage to celebrate the life and memories of the great Tony Stark. I hope they restore this scene in the uncut and the extended version of the Director's Cut.

The Beth scenes in the first Avengers movie definitely should have been kept in, it showed so much more depth into how those heroes affected the citizens and it showed the danger faced in every battle
We still need to see the scene from the first Thor where Selvig headbutts and knocks out the drunk guys at the bar, spiking his beer glass on the ground and yelling "another!" just like Thor. This has still never been released, though it was filmed.
I feel like the one at 6:15 can be explained with, the guy though Iron Patriot was pointing out of the window rather than in front of them. Its reasonable that they may have seen Thor fly by with his hammer or something in that world.

In the book, Loki: Where Mischief Lies (which has the Marvel branding on it so I’m assuming it’s cannon), SWORD was the name of a secret society, started by three misfits that Loki met and befriended. The society studied abnormal causes (that’s how they met Loki, because he’s magical). Loki basically calls their society’s name lame because they don’t actually fight as much as they protect and the Loki tells them that they should rename it SHIELD. To where one of the members asks “What would shield stand for?” Lol

Speaking of that captain america 2 list and how thats what a lot of people say irl, I think that definitely says something about steve's character, the way he actually puts it on the list, he's a genuine guy.
The only complain I personally have with the MCU is that, they chopped off that particular scene where all the Avengers along with all other heroes get down on their knees to pay their final respect, to thank and appreciate and to acknowledge the ultimate sacrifice made by Tony Stark at the end of Avengers:Endgame. It is such a powerful and emotional scene which fits perfectly to a T and proves that all those superheroes who at some point of time have doubted, criticised and questioned the morality, the legacy, the motive, principles and the true heroic nature of Tony Stark and his "M.O" earlier (like Captain America in the first Avengers movie). But now, each and every one of them are crystal clear in their mind, conscience and soul that Tony is the best. A true hero, with a heart of gold, And the one who have the ultimate courage and the guts to sacrifice his own life without a second thought to save every single living creature in the face of Earth from going extinct in just a snap of a finger. That was the perfectly deserving tribute and homage to celebrate the life and memories of the great Tony Stark. I hope they restore this scene in the uncut and the extended version of the Director's Cut.

the soul stone was used once in battle, when doctor strange duplicates himself and Thanos uses the soul stone to reveal strange's real self
that cut scene in ant man and the wasp where janet talks about how there's loads of different civilizations in the quantum world might also be referencing the TVA, because time works differently down there and that was how they were able to jump to and from loads of different times
The soul stone was used when Strange used a power to add clones of him to hold Thanos, he used it to figure out who was the real Strange and also used the Power one to attack him
