    Such an important lesson Kruu Waree teaching so so good!! I continue to back track to this lesson on tone rules because this is the most difficult aspect of reading, writing, speaking Thai. Kruu Waree is the best!!

    11:48 How can you say this word ฉัน? We read rising tone (jattawa+)?

    • @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363
      @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363  Місяць тому

      @@Ellieinthewind According to the tone rule, we should use a rising tone for ฉัน. However, most modern Thai speakers pronounce it with a high tone.

    Kruu Waree, I always have this unanswered question. How do you know when to use "qh" vs. "kh" when using ข? For example, "qh" is used in ขา and "kh" is using in ขี่.

    • @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363
      @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363  4 роки тому +3

      Actually for Thai language , we don’t have standard for the romanisation or phonetic. We only remember thai Thai writing. Sometimes the way to write phonetic from different teachers or different syllabus are different. Kop kun ka🙏🙇‍♀️😊

    Harumph. If "high-class" consonants have an inherent RISING TONE, and CAN NOT have a HIGH TONE . . . why not call them RISING TONE CONSONANTS?!??!?!?
