about to do a 351 conversion on a 6 banga original xe... always had rotarys. what sort of power will fry tyres from a rolling start, and what sort of power is your ute? I was thinking of 450 hp clevo crate motor any suggestions?
It was a pretty easy conversion from 6 to v8 on my xf ute had 3 different engines in mine now first was worked 351windsor then a 289 and now a 351c ford has made it easy with the bolt on v8 base plate mounts on crossmember that replace the 6cylinder plates and the gearbox mount can be shuffled back or forth depending on the gearbox if your on a budget and use a c4 transmission you can use the 6cylinder yoke a driveshaft that's already on the car with no mods needed
