going to be riber. Your Kueh lapis was a superb video. What I love abt your videos is its ultra clean, setup. Your neat , crisp way of showing a recipe without too much talk and music and allowing us to absorb as much as we can. Amazing presentation sklls. 100% marks on hygiene. So motivated to watch your videos and try to be 10% like you. thks Michael.

Aya Al Hamwi, Yes that is correct. 😊 Some called it Labneh, Turkish labneh, Labanese labneh, yoghurt cheese, labneh cream cheese, labneh cheese. “Labneh” is basically a soft cheese, similar to cream cheese. Very versatile. You can use it for baking, or add some herb to make it a bread spread. Next you will see how I use this labneh, yoghurt cheese or cream cheese to make “Japanese Cheese Cake”. The results is the same, and it is cheapest and easiest way to make cream cheese for those countries that aren’t available or too expensive. A great alternative to regular cream cheese. 1 litter warm milk 1 tablespoon yoghurt. Mix them well and close the pan than wrap up with something like towel. You will have 1 kilo yoghurt after 6-7 hours. In this time you must not move milk never. Then open the pan and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then you can eat it. In web you can search “ Turkish Yoghurt”. I hope i could explain by my awesome English 😁🤷🏼‍♀️
