I've remained Solid on this, no pun intended, that English Dubs to Japanese works are terrible, except for MGS, Silent Hill 1-3. That said, I have the Japanese Premium Collector's Edition of Metal Gear Solid, I think in came out in Japan in 2000, maybe 1999. I played it on modded PS1 and yep, the Japanese dub is as good.
Completely wrong. A high speed rifle round has far more energy than a slower projectile of equal size. High speed rifle rounds cause cavitation upon impacting targets that are mostly liquid like human bodies. This causes a wound channel much greater than the size of the round even if the bullet passes completely through the person

When The Troubles ended with the Good Friday Agreement in 1998, he went into hiding until he was recruited into FOXHOUND by Ocelot. Snake: I don't get it. Why would FOXHOUND recruit a most wanted terrorist who did car bombings? Naomi: They probably hired him for demolition. Campbell: So he might be planning on detonating Shadow Moses if the demands are not met. That would make this a deadly situation. Snake: He has the entire place rigged up ready to detonate. But my radar isn't picking up any bombs he had planted. Naomi: His bombs are modified to be undetectable by radar. That's why you don't see it. But you can spot one just by looking for the red light. Campbell: Just be careful and watch your step. Those bombs will detonate upon contact. Caught in the explosion and you'll be leaving with third degree burns. He also uses an AK47 to ambush you or to lure you into a trap. So keep on your toes for any surprises he setup. Snake: I'd sure hope I need more than luck to pass through his bombs, or this would be a cakewalk.

Vulture was raised to be a voodoo practitioner in Haiti, where he mastered the arts of zombification, herbal healing, and spiritual contact. Then he and his family emigrated to New Orleans in 1971, where he eventually joined the U.S. Army as a field medic during the Gulf War. After that, he was recruited to Foxhound. Campbell: Yeah, he was Foxhound's medic before until Liquid took over. Since then, he is using his voodoo magic to resurrect dead soldiers. Those zombies that you recalled were controlled by Vulture who painted red crosses on their forehead. He is using them as human shields. Those crosses he painted acts as targets. If you shoot them on any parts of the body, Vulture will automatically resurrect it. But if you shoot them by the forehead, they will drop dead and he will be unable to resurrect them. However, if you eliminated all of them, Vukture will summon more zombies. Snake: Just like any other zombie films. Campbell: But be careful. Even though a single zombie can attack you with minor damage, they can be deadly when in large numbers. So try to kill them before they group up. Naomi: Also you have to take into account to Vulture's high capacity shotgun. He uses normal rounds, but what is most deadly about it is when he uses poison and piercing rounds. The poison rounds can make you lose health when poisoned unless you find an antidote, but the piercing rounds is most lethal because it will make you bleed and lose health rapidly, and even worse it will allow his zombies to swarm over you. Campbell: That shotgun Vulture is carrying is a Winchester M97, an antique rifle that carries 5 rounds. Don't get too close to him or you'll be blown off at close quarter. Keep at a farther distance from him while he's firing. He will shoot you, but he'll shoot his zombies by accident. After 5 rounds, he will try to reload. Try to use those to your advantage. Naomi: Bomber Jackal is a former member of the Irish Republican Army. He is a bomb maker with a penchant to create destruction with his custom-made explosives. He was being responsible for the waves of car bombings, and collateral damage to innocent civilians and British troops. It is no wonder that he was wanted by the Irish authorities and MI6. When The Troubles ended with the Good Friday Agreement in 1998, he went into hiding until he was recruited into FOXHOUND by Ocelot.
Snake: I don't get it. Why would FOXHOUND recruit a most wanted terrorist who did car bombings?
Naomi: They probably hired him for demolition.
Campbell: So he might be planning on detonating Shadow Moses if the demands are not met. That would make this a deadly situation.
Snake: He has the entire place rigged up ready to detonate. But my radar isn't picking up any bombs he had planted.
Naomi: His bombs are modified to be undetectable by radar. That's why you don't see it. But you can spot one just by looking for the red light.
Campbell: Just be careful and watch your step. Those bombs will detonate upon contact. Caught in the explosion and you'll be leaving with third degree burns. He also uses an AK47 to ambush you or to lure you into a trap. So keep on your toes for any surprises he setup.
Snake: I'd sure hope I need more than luck to pass through his bombs, or this would be a cakewalk.

Campbell: Zombies? Nonsense, that's just a stuff made up in horror movies.
Naomi: Zombies, you say?
Snake: Yeah. Reanimated soldiers.
Naomi: That must be the work of Necro Vulture. Vulture was raised to be a voodoo practitioner in Haiti, where he mastered the arts of zombification, herbal healing, and spiritual contact. Then he and his family emigrated to New Orleans in 1971, where he eventually joined the U.S. Army as a field medic during the Gulf War. After that, he was recruited to Foxhound.
Campbell: Yeah, he was Foxhound's medic before until Liquid took over. Since then, he is using his voodoo magic to resurrect dead soldiers. Those zombies that you recalled were controlled by Vulture who painted red crosses on their forehead. He is using them as human shields. Those crosses he painted acts as targets. If you shoot them on any parts of the body, Vulture will automatically resurrect it. But if you shoot them by the forehead, they will drop dead and he will be unable to resurrect them. However, if you eliminated all of them, Vukture will summon more zombies.
Snake: Just like any other zombie films.
Campbell: But be careful. Even though a single zombie can attack you with minor damage, they can be deadly when in large numbers. So try to kill them before they group up.
Naomi: Also you have to take into account to Vulture's high capacity shotgun. He uses normal rounds, but what is most deadly about it is when he uses poison and piercing rounds. The poison rounds can make you lose health when poisoned unless you find an antidote, but the piercing rounds is most lethal because it will make you bleed and lose health rapidly, and even worse it will allow his zombies to swarm over you.
Campbell: That shotgun Vulture is carrying is a Winchester M97, an antique rifle that carries 5 rounds. Don't get too close to him or you'll be blown off at close quarter. Keep at a farther distance from him while he's firing. He will shoot you, but he'll shoot his zombies by accident. After 5 rounds, he will try to reload. Try to use those to your advantage.
