Cox & Co. Brewing what kit are you using? Camera lights and lav recording? I found a video you shared on brewtube and came in that way 👍

Sony FS7 as the main with the ZV-1 as the vlogging / side camera. Lav is a Sony mic but forget which model it is. Got a falconeyes RX 18 as the key and a pixapro for back light.

One thing you might want to experiment with is temperature control. You want to start at the yeast's lower end of its range. I personally do 18C for the first 2 days, then raise 1C per day until you're at the high end of its range. Like 80% of fermentation happens in the first day or two, and the cooler it is, the cleaner it will taste. Ramping up the temp slowly then allows the yeast to stay active and clean up after themselves. Always remember that as a brewer, you make wort. It's the yeast the makes the beer. Take care of your little friends and they will take care of you.

Very informative watching, just got mine out from the wait after bottling. They're in the fridge chilling ready for later. the next time i do the ipa again i'm going to add grapefruit zest peelings without the pith to give it a stronger zesty taste. What about you??

Just a little pointer, bottling out doors, could increase the risk of infection, and when you are pouring do it all in one go, stops the sediment lifting into the beer. I hasten to add this is NOT an criticism, use a none rinse sanitiser, and prep all your bottled with drops before filling.don’t get me wrong, I have made mistakes over the years, but practice makes perfect, all the best stay safe…..once again I’m not criticising, just trying to help….
