Try leaving the range AIPA for about a month before sampling. I also throw in 100g of citra with the kit hops, and add 1kg of DME, and pure brew. You will be amazed how nice it is, it's my stock brew when I haven't got time to do an AG.

Guys, there's nothing I can add that others haven't already said. Great video! Never brewed with Ahtanum Hops. Might have to give them a go and blend with the other hops in that Jaipur kit, which I just happen to have on hand. Cheers!
great laugh as always Lads, it is late Autumn here in Victoria, Mainland Australia, 8C, anyway, we are being placed back into Lockdown as of Friday for 7 days possibly longer, for the 4th time or 5th time, I've lost count, I know what I'll be doing tomorrow, Brewing, just bought 100kg of pale malt, home brew shops today were full of people buying beer stuff, grains etc, what better way to spend a week than brewing hey, also there is panic buying, toilet papers has been stripped from the shelves, it's a mess down here, cheers Lads 🍺

Is the mystery beer the alcohol free beer you mentioned a few weeks ago? or is it a Skol lager kit (if such a thing exists?). The Jaipur looked a nice drop of ale............Keep up the good work and keep entertaining us, I'm looking forward to the next episode already. Cheers
can you lads recommend a good lager extract only not a strong drink about 3.9 4.2 av a good summer drink thats not going to blow the brains a good session pint many thanks
Geoff,I've never done a lager only pils, out of all the exact lagerish kits I've done probably muntons continental pils,served cold on 70/30 gas ,bingo 🍻🍺😁👍
Hi Dave and Alan yet again another grt video. Took your advice and bought some all grain kits from Worcester Hop Shop and my second brew is the Jamil evil twin after doing a Jennings Cocker Hoop clone which was my first ever all grain brew and came out lovely maybe one for you to try. My question is when you brewed the Jamil and did when you added the aroma hops did you put them in loose or in a bag Thanks Pat

I would have put them straight in for sure,then kept it cold before kegging,

I have a fermentation fridge what temp would you recommend to put it at for the aroma hops
I would dry hop at normal temp for a couple of days before sticking it in the cold
