So finally i had some free time to finish this up ! Harley saddlebags and tail light fender extention are installed and lock sick on the bike .

Looking good. I have the ROyal Star Venture and I am looking for a way to fill the gaps between my saddlebags and fender. They used to sell filler panels for this model but I can't find a set anywhere. I also like the CVO fender tip. Very nice. I may have to see what I can do similar to what you did.

There is many ways to make a gap filler also you can fit from harley not a big deal of a job .

Hi there , the only way customizing the gauge is by taking it apart and i don’t recommend doing it if your gauge is not already very faded.
I did a custom image vector file and print . If i have to do it again I will most probably buy a new one . Good luck with your project .
