Karnaranjani I am hearing for first time Very different from other compositions in this raga Quality and quantity go hand in hand in this concert Great team work
Brief exposition of ragamalika swaras of Bhavayami in Saveri,Nattakurinji, Dhanyasi,Mohanam,Mukhari,Poorvi Kalyani and Madhyamavathi is simply superb First time hearing this song in violin May God Bless the team profusely, profoundly and promptly
Only few ragas found repeated like Karnaranjani,Sindhubhairavi etc, otherwise no repetition in multitude of ragas presented in this concert Altogether an interesting and innovative attempt
Excellent indeed ... one shouldn't miss this concert ... I have heard Bhavayami Raghuramam sung by MS several times .. Heard it on Violin for the first time ... I really enjoyed it ☺️ 😊 😌
A marvelous experience, not to be missed! The RTP in a twin blend of Revathi-Mohanam is the musical version of Ardhanareeswarar, the male-female inseparability, with the somewhat aggressive Mohanam being balanced by the pleading Revathi. The multiplicity of (47!) ragas in the ragamalika swarm is a challenge not only to the artistes but also to the listener in the sense that before one identifies and soaks in one raga-swara,the next one takes over, with either of Revathi/Mohanam providing a simple bridge. But what is sad is the complete omission of other artistes. It is also a very cruel neglect,They did as commendable a performance as Kanyakumari. The Mridangam was just correct, neither over nor in the background..The last thukkadas, each standing on its own merit, look a child!s play with the team!!
Innumerable ragas followed after main ragas in RTP The scope for accompanists is to support the violinist continuously This is a novel experiment Come out well To easily identify ragas the popular krithis have been played -Jagajjanani for Rathipathipriya, Ragasudha for Andolika
Very good ideals of performance thanks for your support very good ideals of performance thanks
