The most terrifying thing about going to the hospital is not the wounds not the near chance of death but the medical bill its self AND with the inflation prices is Horrifying

Eye injuries hurt so much worse than you'd think. I had a guitar string snap while I was tuning my guitar, and it hit me right in the eye. It was a tiny little scratch, but it was excruciating. I couldn't even open my eye without heavy duty painkillers. It healed fast though, thankfully.
There’s a scene I remember in the first John Wick movie where Keanu Reeves who plays our boy John chased one of the assailants through a busy nightclub, but while they were shooting the scene Keanu had a fever.
Yup you gotta do more John Wick. You could do several reactions and maybe scratch the surface of the injuries in these movies 😂. I cannot wait to see the fourth one! I gotta do a marathon now.

Could you react to not just the injuries of the John Wick films, but the medical scenes, where John has his injuries being treated? I'd like to see your opinion of his doctor's competency.
I saw my friend get his throat cut pretty much ear to ear once. It's the sound of him trying to breathe that I will never forget. Even many decades later sometimes the sound of the wind can bring it back.
YES! You did it. A John Wick reaction video. I remember asking for one about a couple months ago, and with John Wick: Chapter 4 coming out, you've done it. Great job as always, look forward to more John Wick reaction videos, and this one was worth the wait.😃
If I'm not mistaken, but in John Wick Chapter 3, there's a scene where the titular character cut off one of his ring fingers, mainly to prove that he's ready to rejoin that assassin organization.
@@StephenxTehxLeftyIf I Remember correctly, John gets that Chopped finger Burned with A very Hot branding Iron. This will totally stop any blood loss. I believe in #2, there a part where John gets a particular style of cross Burned between His Shoulder blades.
On a note of military history, there was a British Soldier named Adrian Carton De Wiart who was shot thrice in the chest from his horse in the second Boer War and he got back up without complaint saying they were only decent shootwrs in the area. In WW1 he took 3 rifle rounds (presumably 7.92x57mm) to his head, one through his left ear, through the middle of his skull and through his right eye. During the Somme, a grenade went off in his hand and while waiting for a doctor, he got impatient and ripped his last two fingers off.
Awesome reaction, love seeing your breakdowns to traumatic injuries. Was really hoping to see your reaction to the 2nd movie, wherein John delivers a cut between an assassin's legs and ends up most likely cutting open his femoral artery.
You have to do more John Wick. There is this one scene that occurs where John stabs an assassin in his Aorta Artery, and he says that if he removes the knife, he would bleed to death. Automatically made me think of what you would say in a situation like that, "Don't pull it out!"
I don’t know if there was ever such a video or not, but I would like to see the reaction to the medical scenes and various injuries in the Halloween movie
The sumo sized assassin was very difficult for John to put down. Big dude took multiple pistol rounds, including a couple through the top of his head from contact range, and his body still twitched after he fell, so John put a few more into him just to be sure he didn't get back up. Guy was built like a brick outhouse and just refused to give up. I don't blame John for spending a few more rounds to be certain he was done with the guy!
Also, keep in mind that the first 3 movies take place a total of 3-4 Weeks time. So, John would need some Senzu Beans to keep on fighting in some scenes.
I'm surprised you did not react to the scene where the doctor lets John shoot him in the right places so he wont die. I want to know your thoughts on that.
The thing about most of the injuries John's enemies take is that they quickly stops being important injuries, because they're usually shot in the head moments later
Loved the video!! I was hoping him to react to the scene near the end of John Wick 3 where he hits a guy right in some arms tendons, which make him unable to move the member completly.
There is a Japanese animation called Made In Abyss. At episode 10 there is a bloody mess with one character attempting to make a "cirurgy", you can react to that. Plus, the show uses an analogy to decompression sickness, you can also talk about that. Of course, since it's a animation and need to have action, it's not just a regular decompression symptoms. Hahehe
I watched this again the other night and was like wow it's really violent. I was really happy to see this because I was also thinking man could John really survive any of these wounds? Still good movies haven't seen the 3rd one and Keanu Reeves is awesome.
Dr. Wagner, I hope you get a chance to react to Last Action Hero. The movie spoofs action movies and references the difference in injuries from the movie world and reality
I had a knife thrown at me in school. It bounced off my back. What pisses me off though is that I never found out which A-hole did it despite it happening in class with everyone at their seat (except for the teacher, who was just out getting something). We had also a big scissor thrown, a full cola can (that caused a concussion to the student), an empty glass bottle (negligible damage), a thick book (thrown by the teacher in anger, which got him fired) and a dust bin filled with water dropped on me from the upper floor. Thankfully, I was only hit by the water, but since it was winter, I needed to be driven home for a change of clothes.
@@edi9892 Pretty serious thing. Over here that kid would get kicked off the school, police and child services would get involved and most likely would get separated from his family and the family would be thoroughly looked into for several months before deeming them fit or unfit to raise a child. That is no small thing, that's criminal offense.
@@lad4830 I spit my monitor reading this. First off, I believe that we misunderstood each other. To the best of my knowledge, it was an unprovoked attack. That's what I meant by doing nothing. The best we had was kids getting rewarded with an extra vacation! The school was a private school and tried to sweep everything under the rug, all the time. I've never heard of anyone being taken away, ever, except for reading in the news, but no one that I know personally, or via another person. Also, in Germany, you cannot be legally prosecuted before hitting 14. Before that, you can do whatever the F you want and as much as you want and they can't do S! You can LITERALLY get away with murder! The parents may be held accountable for damages, but that's pretty much it! The only way you can lose the right to parent your child is if you are declared unable to do business (insanity, or similar), or are found severely neglecting your child and by severely, I mean almost killing it over and over and over again until the child protection services can no longer ignore it... There's a good chance that you can beat your child half-dead thrice before it happens or starve it for an entire year... The only way to speedrun this procedure would be to rent out your child to predators... Lastly, I've seen so many blatantly illegal activities (from street crime, over severe mistreatment of employees, to major corruption) that I could write entire books on it and somehow hardly anyone is ever held accountable.
