the vstar 650 makes 31-32hp stock and the upper part of the graph is showing the air fuel for the runs holding a constant 12:1 most of these mods end up with the clutch slipping on the stock clutch
@@blackwidowpowersports6037 Thanks for the info. I use to have a vstar 1100 and recently bought a stage4 Yamaha Warrior. Best mod anyone can do, "no replacement for displacement". Keep up the cool videos. I just started to post on my channel and I will be uploading random content weekly. Stay posted! I just sub'd to you and I hope you can return the favor.
You can shift without clutch if you want, but you need to practice,I think you can find how to do that on YT. it is easy when you findout. Good luck. :)
the AIS needs to be disabled that causes backfiring
Surely the Ram air Mod is more beneficial compaired to turning the airbox into swiss cheese?
Ram air is only useful on fuel injection carburetor. It’s going to totally screw up the fueling.
@blackwidowpowersports6037 and all those holes you added to the airbox isn't going to do the same
Maybe take the 1100 off of this. As it seems to me ( owning both ) the 1100 has a reversed flow through the air box.
Drill straight through it were the center of the inlet of the air filter 2 1/4 hole
What kind of Dyno chart is that?
And you’re putting down 35whp, it looks like as many holes as you put is how much HP you lost.

New here. How come I don’t see him clutching when he shifts? Or am I missing something?

Hi black widow what size jets did you increase to ? Thanks for the great video brother
120-130 we use to drill them
What size jets for that setup
What size main jet?
How horsepower increase was there? What's the stock out put at the rear wheel?
Stock is 40
40hp at the engine, not the wheel.
@@sheridancowling6257 ive now got 43hp at the wheel. No idea what stock at the wheel is ment to be??
@@geoffcoutts1974 I've seen 23hp on a bone stock bike to the wheel. So give or take a few ponies
@@codyparker679 only 23 at the wheels? Almost 50% drive train loss? That's more loss than an awd car. Doesn't make sense.
Those were some ugly ass lines on that graph, Jesus Pete lol
