Lowering and elevating the volume of auditor's voice was effectively done and should serve as a model for other auditors. Because SJVT was being so effective, the only improvement would be for the second auditor to remain quiet and enjoy the success.

Went to my county court building today in Indiana to pay on an ambulance bill owed to the township I live in. Right on the door it say absolutely no electronic devices allowed. I think I need to challenge that. I had a debate with the deputies there and they admitted I was right but might still be arrested. They said this is the JUDGES building.... I informed them it’s the people’s building.

The question, whether an act, repugnant to the constitution, can become the law of the land, is a question deeply interesting to the United States; but happily, not of an intricacy proportioned to its interest. It seems only necessary to recognize certain principles, supposed to have been long and well established, to decide it.
That the people have an original right to establish, for their future government, such principles as, in their opinion, shall most conduce to their own happiness, is the basis on which the whole American fabric has been erected. The exercise of this original right is a very great exertion; nor can it, nor ought it, to be frequently repeated. The principles, therefore, so established, are deemed fundamental. And as the authority from which they proceed is supreme, and can seldom act, they are designed to be permanent.
This original and supreme will organizes the government, and assigns to different departments their respective powers. It may either stop here, or establish certain limits not to be transcended by those departments.
The government of the United States is of the latter description. The powers of the legislature are defined and limited; and that those limits may not be mistaken, or forgotten, the constitution is written. To what purpose are powers limited, and to what purpose is that limitation committed to writing, if these limits may, at any time, be passed by those intended to be restrained? The distinction between a government with limited and unlimited powers is abolished, if those limits do not confine the persons on whom they are imposed, and if acts prohibited and acts allowed, are of equal obligation. It is a proposition too plain to be contested, that the constitution controls any legislative act repugnant to it; or, that the legislature may alter the constitution by an ordinary act.
Between these alternatives there is no middle ground. The constitution is either a superior, paramount law, unchangeable by ordinary means, or it is on a level with ordinary legislative acts, and, like other acts, is alterable when the legislature shall please to alter it.
If the former part of the alternative be true, then a legislative act contrary to the constitution is not law: if the latter part be true, then written constitutions are absurd attempts, on the part of the people, to limit a power in its own nature illimitable.
Certainly all those who have framed written constitutions contemplate them as forming the FUNDAMENTAL AND PARAMOUNT LAW (emphasis added) of the nation, and consequently, the theory of every such government must be, that an act of the legislature, repugnant to the constitution, is void.
It is also not entirely unworthy of observation that in declaring what shall be the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND (emphasis added), the constitution itself is first mentioned; and not the laws of the United States generally, but those only which shall be made in pursuance of the constitution, have that rank.
Thus, the particular phraseology of the constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written constitutions, that A LAW REPUGNANT TO THE CONSTITUTION IS VOID (emphasis added); and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.

You guys are the best at this. I really have a hard time watching other auditors except for the guy who got arrested and released outside the P.D. who recites all the supreme court case law. But that's it. Most of the others get caught up answering dumb questions and trying to convince the police that they are harmless. It's best not to say anything at all IMO.

You know why they are afraid of your cameras and not their own? They know that their camera footage can be erased, lost or edited but yours might be live streaming or uploading to a server. It is a hell of a lot harder for them to get rid of your evidence of their crimes.

I love the way you handled her. I can go both ways on my opinion of first amendment audits and it all comes down to how the individual person handles the situation. The dudes that are aggressive and overly confrontational are real donkeys. But first amendment audits, especially ones like this, are important and appreciated. Thanks for doing your part to keep them honest.
1. A DA employee would know the law.
2. She claimed to be a DA employee.
3. The law says the actions of SJVT are lawful.
4. Therefore she knew the actions of SJVT were lawful.
Conclusion: A DA employee made false reports to law enforcement in violation of California PC 148.5 (a) and should be charged with a misdemeanor, and upon conviction (in addition to the penalties under CA PC 148.5(a)) be immediately dismissed from public service, and barred from public employment permanently.

I’m a truck driver and I just got done with a delivery on a flatbed in bothell Washington I was on my flatbed sweeping off the rocks and stuff on my trailer to the side of the road before I started driving on the road so things to fly off my truck and damage cars and what not some lady came out yelling at me saying I can’t sweep stuff onto the road I said ma’am it’s the law.. and she said I’m the prosecutor of king county and I can make your life a living hell and u will loose everything by messing with me. And I continued to do what I was doing and she called the cops on me 😂😂 they did nothing
