Yep! Had to mute it and read the subtitles.
The DVLA is one of the worst departments they even hold the record of most data breaches, most of these are USB sticks, laptops and other things left on public transport and in coffee shops.
Good job man.. I been thinking of doing this for a long time, using a po box, my trust has been running for some time,
Have all so trademarked all capt name, further registered it with company house as limited company....just sent a 32 grand trade marke claim against essex police, after i put them on notice for not to use. settling bills with my bond/birth certificate trust as well....setting myself to get a mortgage cleared. keep up the good work man.. its so much fun when you get in to it.. people think you mad... but everything is all paid for.
Its crazy and you sound like a mad man when you know the real truth, most won`t bother to dig too deep but its true knowledge is power.
Any tips on how to stop the mortgage payments?
@@burntoutsuperman09 What you do is write to them, telling them you can't afford the repayments, and say/offer to only pay half each month, and keep on it with the letters to them.....say your repayments are £1000, tell them you can only pay half now due to unforeseen times and you can only pay 500.. sooner or latter they agree to that, you do it again down to £200 and so on...they get fed up with you, writing all the time, and they will offer a choice of settlement, it will be around 8 grand or so....OR you can go the big ball's route, tell the bank you are worried you may of committed fraud in obtaining your mortgage...and need to know were did the money come from they lent you....lololol it came out of thin air my friend..there was none.....but end of the day you got to learn your skills, no one can do it for you.

REGISTERED KEEPER is not the owner, BILL OF SALE is the owner, that is why you should always ask for a BILL OF SALE, DVLA do not have one to say it as their vehicle...
At no point when you register a vehicle in your name do you give consent for your details to be passed to a third party is this not a breach of your data protection rights.
The DVLA is a corporation
The form to obtain the original Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin from DVLA is actually V355/5, not V888 which is used to find out information about registered keepers/vehicle history in certain circumstances.
V355/5 is not a form - it's a guide as to how to fill out the initial V55/5 document to register the car!
UA-cam won't take it down. They'll just list it under comedy for those looking for a laugh.

Equity stands above statue, hence the “ private trust’’ I guarantee most MPs will have all their assets in private trusts.
Been saying that as i've noticed it few years back from my V5 and a parking fine i've got on my car. The fines will say something like "with respect for the vehicle above stated" or something like that and on your car's V5 it says simple that" you are the registered KEEPER of the car" not OWNER. Many thanks for this video! We all have to wake up, because this isn't happening only in UK but all over the planet.
we have all been getting robbed blind for years, we need to take our power back from these governments and councils. Thanks for comment
@@PeoplePower2023 that's true!
Is this why the title on the V5 says "Keeper" not "Owner"?
yep
Nope .. it's there because of finance and lease vehicles.
When you register anything and get in return a certificate you have voluntarily given up ownership.
The possessor of the title/manufacturers certificate of origin grants the keeper beneficial use and requires that duties and responsibilities are followed.
This is the important 1/10th of the statute law.
The keeper has beneficial use of the vehicle along with duties and responsibilities. You need to have insurance, a test pass, an mot and tax. You need to follow all road rules as highlighted in the highway code and detailed in legislation.
This possession of the vehicle is only 9/10ths of the statute law.
@@LifesAbe-ach Why isn't the document worded differently then?
@@ATV-London Read the V5 ... This document is not a proof of ownership ... You are the registered keeper when it's a lease vehicle or on finance. And your finance agreement will state as much . In the same way your agreement tells you you can't sell the vehicle without their consent until the full fees are paid . That also goes for Notability vehicles .

If you think that the police cant look up your insurance details including your full REAL name and HOME address from the registration, you are missing something upstairs. See how having the wrong info on the keeper document (nothing to do with the driver committing offences) makes no difference. Meanwhile have no/unregistered plates and see how long you take to find out thats an offence - which you will get pulled for if ANPR cant read them, and then legally have to provide identification.

Great advice, if you want the baliff knocking on your door in a few months time. Just keep kidding yourself your right and put the fines in a shredder, genius.😂😂
If your home address is not registered for the PO Box it's impossible for the bailiffs to be knocking on your door.
You can't have a driving license registered to a PO box, you are still responsible for the fines and will be traced.

In Europe you need the CoC as prove of ownership and it is not to be keep in the car because, if the car was stolen and the person that stole it found the CoC it could be presented as proof of ownership.
The above is as I understand it, if I have any part of this wrong please correct me.
🤔 CoC is the certificate of conformity which I believe means it conforms to type approval standards.I don’t think it’s anything to do with the legal title of ownership
V 888 is not for registration of a new car, it is for finding out who is the registered keeper is
That is why they can destroy the car if you don't tax it. As they own it, then they are not destroying someone else's property but their own. So no law was broken.

True. The law is whatever the majority of the population believe it is. So you go to court and spout all this trust, sovereign, I dont consent, no contract, sitting at the dock of a bay, straw man, freeman, ships anchor, dogs bollox, and the judge will just smile and fine or sentence you anyway.
Then what have you got? Spout more bollox as 2 heavies take you away, or duck and dive the bailiffs? Best just watch out for cameras and park properly. Tip on speed cameras, if you spot one and you might be going a bit over the speed limit jam the anchors on and slow right down, I mean 70 to 30. It has to track you for a few seconds and average your speed. This takes it below the speed limit. I've done it several times now. no tickets even though I was expecting.

I got picked up by a camera, got a demand from DVLA for no tax only! MOT’s were given longer due to what they were doing.
