I’m a huge streamlight fan and have a ton of there lights BUT, If it had the feature to recharge devices like the luxpro 1100 lumen it be really cool, also the luxpro is half the price and you can run it’s rechargeable, can take C size batteries, and 18650 batteries. Now only thing I’d bet on is that the streamlight would probably take more abuse, that’s just a guess I’ve not seen this for a fact.
No, we can't see you.. You're standing BEHIND a blazing bright light! 🤣 PS> I own two of the Siege battery powered ones. Bought them years ago. Still work perfect. Love them! 😎 Best lantern IMO if you want an LED lantern.
Comes with a charging cord. Plug one end into a wall socket, and the other end into the lantern. The push button is lit up green when charged, and changes color to amber when the battery is low, and then to red when the charge is gone. It doesn’t just abruptly shut off - gives you some time. I love this thing.
Good review Justin, however I have come to be skeptical of how companies rate their lights. Its easy to say something is "so many" lumens when in fact they are not. There is a lot of BS and fakery going on at the moment with regards to flashlights/lights and their out of the park lumen rate. If the lumen rate is not proven, I wont buy it. Too much chinese junk out there.
Streamlight is a well know company that serves police etc. They have been around for a long time. There is so many others that offer flashlights/lanterns that do not throw light like they say they do. But this light is dead on in the performance field. Most of the time when testing lights with camera's the light will not do justice on film. Thanks Craig
Sure does light up the forest. Lots of great features. Very thorough review. Thanks. Tony
This lantern works very well. Thanks
These are awesome lights, they are very handy.
They really are nice. Hands free is a must in lots of situations
Looks like a great camp lantern. I could have used this lantern last weekend when we lost our power. Thank you for the review, Justin and Jana
It is a excellent lantern. It is perfect for a power outage.
Awesome light and review! Streamlight should sponsor you for this epic review!
Thanks brother. They sure were nice sending this out for review. It has really worked out well.

It really makes it nice for a hands free work area at the camp. Thanks
Holy cow that's a bright lantern I can't believe the amount of light that it gives out very impressive 👍
It really can throw some light the camera did not do it justice
I have the Streamlight Siege. I've really liked the lantern. I use it over flashlights about 90% of the time around the house.
That is a nice one as well. Hand free is always nice.
Very nice lantern. I am a big fan of stream-light . My EDC flashlight is a streamlight
They sure are a top notch company there weapon lights are solid too.

Great video! I would like to see an indoor review. I am curious about this lantern for emergency/power outage issues.
Maybe soon. It has worked well in my home in a power outage.
Wow! That thing is BRIGHT!
It can throw some light for sure.
We use them during power outages. The high setting is blinding!
Our camp lanterns have come a long ways since we were camping as kids.
They sure have. This lantern really is the perfect one for the camp

So how is the lantern charged if not through the usb?

The red light isn’t an “emergency light” it’s to preserve your night vision…read up on it

If its chinese junk, the lumens will be a complete lie. Well known, quality brands like streamlight, surefire, fenix have accurate lumen ratings.
